Situated on a lake this home has everything to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as you would want it to be. Have fun or just relax by the fully screened, private pool. You can enjoy al fresco dining on the comfortably furnished, shaded lanai whilst enjoying the views of the lake and the visiting wildlife.
The home is stylishly furnished with comfort in mind. The lounge has two reclining sofas from where you can enjoy the lake views or watch the flat screen 32" TV or choose from a selection of DVDs. There is a music system with a selection of popular CDs to add to your entertainment. This is a bright airy room where the outside can be brought in by opening the full length sliders.
The kitchen has ceramic floor tiles and is fully equipped. It provides easy access to the informal dining room and open plan lounge, offering you the chance to be in the middle of everything whilst busy in the kitchen.Very family friendly!
The master bedroom also has lake views and is bright and spacious with two sets of sliding doors leading to the pool and lanai. There are two separate walk in closets with hanging space and shelving. The ensuite bathroom has separate toilet, walk-in shower room, mirrored vanity units and his and her sinks. Quality towels and linens are provided.
The second bedroom also with a queen bed has a double fitted wardrobe and is conveniently located next to the family bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, a double fitted wardrobe and has a bookcase with a supply of holiday reading and family board games.
The family bathroom has a full bath and overhead shower, toilet and mirrored vanity storage unit. The laundry room has a top loading washing Machine and tumble drier, utility sink, iron and ironing board should you need them.
The pool area which catches the sun for most of the day has comfortable loungers and chairs to relax and sunbathe on. The covered lanai adjacent to the pool has outdoor dining for six and has an overhead fan. The pool has a child safety guard. Pool towels are provided.
The garage can hold two cars easily and there is space for two cars on the private driveway. The garden is to the front and side of the villa.
Rotonda Lakes and its immediate environment are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Myakka and Don Pedro state parks are closeby. The home is less than twenty minutes from the glorious Gulf beaches at Englewood,Stump Pass,Venice and Gasparilla Island.There is a variety of cultural experiences available and we have enjoyed The Ford and Edison Estates and The Marie Selby Botanical Gardens for a day out.Boca Grande lighthouse and the island are well worth a visit.Busch Gardens is close to Tampa Bay.The delights of all the theme parks are of course to be found in Orlando.
Several airports are easily accessible with Sarasota fifty minutes away and Fort Myers one hour. Slightly further afield are Tampa International Airport approx.a two hour drive and Orlando and Sanford International Airports about a two and a half hour drive.Driving is relatively easy in Florida and a car is essential.
There are many shopping opportunities within Englewood and nearby Port Charlotte.A Publix supermarket is within a five minute drive of the house as are a variety of restaurants and take-away food places. There are designer outlets at Ellenton,Venice Avenue and Fort Myers for the more serious shoppers.We recommend several local restaurants where food and service are superb. There are a great variety to suit all tastes,from the very informal to the get dressed up and make a reservation variety.
Churches of most denominations are within the local area.
We recommend our home to anyone looking for a quiet,restful holiday yet where there are lots of things to do all within easy reach.Some guests have used the home as a base to explore the wider area travelling to Orlando,Miami or The Florida Keys for a few nights or a two centre holiday.
We wholeheartedly welcome small pets with responsible owners.

Why the Owner Chose Rotonda Lakes
Rotonda lakes came as quite a surprise to us. We have often rented vacation properties and on occasion found them to be noisy, or not quite living up to their description. So we thought after one such holiday experience that the only answer was to find the ideal place for ourselves and this we did at Rotonda Lakes. We first purchased the plot of land because of its fabulous views of the lake and then we had a house built which could be for relaxing family vacations and we have not been disappointed.

We just love the peace and quiet of our home. We always intend to venture to more distant parts of the state but somehow we always just end up relaxing by the pool, enjoying the fabulous weather and the Florida way of life.
