This property is over 2000 square feet on one level. Four bedrooms and 4 baths with a bathroom in each of the bedrooms. Three bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each room and the master has a king. The master bath also has a jet tub. Each bedroom has its own 26" TV with a dvd and Direct TV. The living room has leather furniture with a 42" TV with a dvd player.
A gas fireplace, reading area, and bar separate the living area from the kitchen. The kitchen features stainless appliances, concrete countertops, custom cabinets and island, and a 7 ft kitchen table that seats 8 people. There is a large covered front porch and a large rear deck featuring a bar, natural gas grill, hot tub, and picnic table. The 2 stall garage has a hot and cold water hookup. There is a huge parking area and no neighbors. Very private. Rally 2012 is rented.

Why the Owner Chose Lead
The Black Hills is a beautiful place to vacation. There are virtually endless things to do and see in this historic place. The weather is agreeable and if you are into winter sports or 4 wheeling, this is the place to be.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
We are located on a very private lot located in Lead, SD halfway between Deadwood and the ski slopes. You look down on a meadow nestled in the Hills out the front window and you have a view of Mt Custer off the deck in the rear. Everything needed is a very short drive.

The house was excellet! We stayed last at this place 2 years ago and we were so impressed we wanted to write a review. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for the whole family. Each room was clean with their own bathroom and television which came in handy when you needed more than one or two bathrooms. The hot tub and view were very beautiful. It was very cosy and a quick time to either deadwood or skiing. Thanks for a wonderful and well thought out place to spend a vacation in the Black Hills.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house was great. better than the photos. Very clean and very comfortable. Thanks Steve for answering all our questions before the trip. We had a wonderful time and would try to stay here again when we come back.
