Why the Owner Chose Magnolia Cottages by the Sea
We love this location because of the proximity to the beach. We are the first street in our neighborhood closest to the beach (60 second stroll). The beach is beautiful with white sand and compares to any caribbean beach we've seen on vacation. We also love being nestled between Rosemary and Seaside. Rosemary is a leisurely walk or bike ride away and Seaside is a 7 minute car ride with both locations having charming restaurants and shops. My teenage children love the area as well.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We have tried to make our home comfortable for our guests. The master and guest bedrooms we have upgraded mattresses and 400 thread count sheets. Each room has a flat screen TV. There is a library of DVD's and a DVD player as well as a VHS player and many VHS movies that my children enjoyed when they were young. We're so happy to share them with you. I have a small library of books also. There is plenty of seating available. We have 4 barstools, a dining table with a leaf for extra seating, and a table on the screened in porch large enough for 6 people. Enjoy!
