Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our company originally began with a few properties in Breckenridge and Dillon, CO. We have had consistent demand for rentals in the Winter Park area, but needed the manpower to support this expansion. With the growth of our company, we were able to offer services for Winter Park and Fraser in the fall of 2008. The area offers countless winter and summer activities, as well as the serenity of a mountain, vacation experience. We are thrilled with our first experience in this new location, and are looking forward to growth in the future!
The Unique Benefits at this House
On the main level, you will find an open floor plan with large living, dining, and kitchen area. It has all the fine touches, including real wood finishes, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and gas fireplace. The lofted area above the main living space is perfect for the kids with a game console, large couch, and within earshot of the adults-in case the the kids get out of hand. All of the bedrooms are spacious, and the master bedrooms (3) have flat screen TVs with DVD players, and private baths. The large deck off the dining room boasts a large hot tub and gas grill. You won't be disappointed with your stay!
