Enjoy the Arizona sun and gorgeous mountain views in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located on a quiet cul-de-sac with one of the most private lots in Sun City Vistoso.
Our south facing flagstone patio is the perfect spot to spend your days and evenings. Pick some oranges or grapefruit from our trees and enjoy breakfast with the many birds enjoying the green arroyo next door. Relax in the afternoon sun or slip under the shade of the ramada to read a book, and as the evening approaches, be swept away by the magnificent sunset colors on the Catalina Mountains. Enjoy dinner cooked on our new gas grill and as darkness sets in, admire the twinkling lights of Tucson viewed down the arroyo or gaze upward to the bright stars. We know you’ll cherish the natural beauty enjoyed from our secluded backyard.
When you do decide to leave the patio, many activities can be found a short walk away at the social/recreation center. You can lounge by the pool or join in water aerobics, play tennis on one of the 6 lighted courts, use the fitness center, visit the library, or play a round of golf on the 18 hole course with spectacular desert and mountain views. Other options include use of the arts and crafts center for painting, pottery, ceramics, sewing, stain glass, lapidary, and woodworking. Meet some of the friendly residents of Sun City Vistoso by joining in any of the clubs offering activities including cards, dancing, hiking, biking, computer classes, seminars, and other social events.
You could also just relax and enjoy our one story home with an open floor plan, high ceilings, and plenty of windows. The fully stocked kitchen and separate eating area are open to the bright and spacious great room and all include great views of the private back yard. You can check up on e-mails in our office with high speed internet. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a master bath with large walk in shower. Your guests can enjoy their own room with queen bed and private bath.
Sun City Vistoso is nestled at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains about 14 miles north of Tucson and a 90 minute drive from the Phoenix airport. Nearby you can enjoy Tucson’s many sports (including spring training) and cultural events, Catalina State Park, Sabino Canyon, Mt Lemmon, Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park, and Kitt Peak Observatory. With Tucson’s natural beauty and excellent climate, you couldn’t ask for a better vacation paradise.

Why the Owner Chose Oro Valley
We retired in Madison, WI and enjoy the mountains, warmth and sunshine of the Tucson area for our winter get away. We rented in the Tucson area a couple of years and fell in love with the well maintained and friendly Sun City Vistoso. We so enjoy the beauty of the Catalina mountains.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We had a few requirements for our retirement home and found them all in this home. We wanted a bright and open floor plan with fantastic views and privacy. You also can't beat the weather in Tucson. The bonus came with all the activities available through the community center. We enjoy bridge and the hiking and biking clubs.
