Our fully-furnished home with two lower bedrooms and bath offers complete privacy and rest from the activities in the rest of the home, while a spacious, loft suite with king-sized bed has it's own privacy with own private bath and closet space. This oasis from the hustle of the city means this is the perfect place to cocoon with family and/or friends for a weekend or longer. With the BBQ grill on the balcony, you can enjoy a crisp glass of wine while taking in the scenery of the Rocky Mountains. Set the crock pot in the morning so you can come home to a warm, ready meal at the end of the day.
Then head to the nearby clubhouse to relax in the sauna/pool/hot-tub for some much needed rest and relaxation..or take a stroll across the street around the lake to enjoy the local wildlife and get in some exercise.
This is the perfect location to get away from it all - and with the home located about an hour from Denver, it won't take you the weekend to get there.

This vacation home was purchased by a group of co-workers as both an investment and vacation property. We love the easy access to the ski areas and the fishing in Lake Dillon across the street. Depending on the time of year, there is a beautiful bike path around the lake where you can stop at the local historic diner for breakfast before heading out for a day in the mountains.

Nestled in Summit County, it is located just 7 miles from Keystone, 9 miles from Arapahoe Basin, and less than 30 minutes from Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge. This 3 bed 2 bath condo in Dillon was perfect for our group of 6. It is in good condition and has had some recent updates including tile in the entry and bathrooms. It was clean and well maintained. Had plenty of linens, including beach towels for the hot tub/pool for guest use. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. It did have a slight pet odor when we first arrived, not unusual for a pet friendly location, but there were no other noticeable signs of pets. The hot tub is located at a neighborhood clubhouse 2 short blocks away, and was well maintained. Great for a soak after a day on the slopes. Good location w/ easy access to Keystone and neighboring ski areas. The owners were quick to respond to our inquiry as well as completing transaction for rental. We would all recommend this condo to our friends and family, enjoyed our stay, and would return for future visits.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
