My son and I needed a comfortable place to stay while in town for some skiing. We wanted something that was ski in/ski out and we found it. About 50 feet from back door to the Snow Flake Lift. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for rest and a good stay. Although the place is a one bedroom with a sleeper sofa it has a great bathroom with two sinks, a walk in shower and a bath tub. If you have a car you will love parking in the heated garage. Best of all the owners were great to work with. If you are going the Breckenridge to hit the slopes they will provide you with one free lift pass for each day you stay. ($100+/day value) This made staying at their place a no brainer to me.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Great little place, and very clean. The Snowflake lift is literally right outside the back door of the condo, and you can ski down to the exact same place at the end of the day. Underground heated parking, and yes it's a big deal to have a nice warm car to get into, and no snow to shovel. Condo has all the amenities of home including free wi-fi. Also has a nice warm fireplace, heats the whole condo. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Ski equipment and lift tickets right next door to building. This place couldn't get anymore convenient.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Loved the location and owner was very easy to work with and gave us personalized service and good communication. Comfortable condo with plush furnishings. Huge bathroom with double sinks... The best value was the easy access to the Snowflake lift and the bonus lift ticket! This location makes a ski day so easy! No parking lots, lines or hassles. Heated garage is delightful and walk to lift is as close as it gets. Thanks again. We look forward to a return trip.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

What an incredible value! RIGHT at Snowflake lift - there is a special exit on the side of the condos toward the lift with ski racks, shoe/helmet cubbies and a trail leading to the lift. Just past the lift??? Charter Sports and the ticket window. Snowflake and Four O'clock runs bring you right back home. The jacuzzi tub in the condo was SOOOO awesome after a day on the slopes. Then we walked down hill to downtown to enjoy the night life. After dinner and drinks we rode the bus back up and did it all again the next day. Owners were EXTREMELY helpful - great recommendations for anything you're interested in. Very polite. Quick to return deposit. These pictures don't do this condo justice. It's bigger than it appears here. Very clean. Perfectly situated for two or a small family. Four adults might be a tight squeeze. My wife and I vacationed here for our anniversary. It was absolutely perfect!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+.

This is one of the best locations in the Breckenridge. Snowflake lift is right at the door and you can buy your ski pass right there. The condo is really nice, super-clean and very well equipped. It is comfortable for 4 people and it is bigger than it looks on the pictures. Owner is very helpful and cooperative. I will be comming back here in the future and I have already recommended this place to my friends. Last but not least: the security deposit was returned the next day after our departure.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
