- The farm is directly on the James river, providing access to fish, canoe or tube. We have 212 beautiful acres full of trails to hike or ride. This is a working horse farm with over 20 horses on the property, cows and chickens.

Year Purchased: 2003
"By the time I was thirty-five years old, I'd been all over the world. I did the resorts, the spas, the fancy dinners, and to be honest, I lost touch. I wanted an adventure, something real," espouses Dawn Lee, the owner of Robbins Nest Farm. Dawn is a wonderful Mother of three daughters and as they have grown the Farm has become her fourth child. Growing up in Charlottesville, she wanted to get back to the Central Virginia area.
