It's only a short drive to either the White Sand Beaches of the Gulf or the fascinating Everglades. The Naples Zoo is close by and the shopping in downtown Naples is fabulous. Naples also has some of the best restaurants in the southern US. Come and relax, play golf, swim and get a tan.
The unit itself has new tiled flooring and has been freshly painted. Since it's on the ground floor you don't have any stairs to climb or elevators to wait for. Step out of the lanai and you're virtually on the golf course.

We're from Toronto and know what it's like to have a winter getaway that's warm and has an abundance of activities for us. Golf and swimming are our passions and we have both at the condo.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy the golf, the swimming pool and the fitness center. My wife also enjoys the Spa. We find having the clubhouse restaurant within walking distance for those nights when we enjoy Happy Hour to be a great benefit. The view of the sunset from the lanai is priceless. And most of all the weather makes it easy to relax.
