Welcome to Devil's Thumb ~ Ranch Creek Ranch! There are TWO FREE DEVIL'S THUMB PASSES INCLUDED WITH RENTAL!!! This custom built home was in the Grand County Parade of Homes in 2006, winning Best Architecture & Design AND Best Kitchen of the Year. It is an open, airy, bright, yet cozy house tucked away in the forests of Fraser.
Here you are within a short drive to the Winter Park resort, Fraser tubing hill, and all the other activities that Grand County has to offer. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our company originally began with a few properties in Breckenridge and Dillon, CO. We have had consistent demand for rentals in the Winter Park area, but needed the manpower to support this expansion. With the growth of our company, we were able to offer services for Winter Park and Fraser in the fall of 2008. The area offers countless winter and summer activities, as well as the serenity of a mountain, vacation experience. We are thrilled with our first experience in this new location, and are looking forward to growth in the future!
