Visit our unique island and experience life as a true islander, while enjoying enchanting panoramic views of the ocean, hillsides, and ferry’s. We are centrally located on two acres of private property, with easy access to the airport and a 10 min walk to town and a park.
This 4 bedroom new construction contains a second floor main living area with three bedrooms, fully appliance and stocked kitchen, living room, private deck with gas grill and two full baths. However the real charm is the first floor master sweet. This boasts a separate living area/den and two private decks, separate entrance and its own full bath.
Come visit and stay a while. Enjoy hiking trails that are right outside our doors, watch sunrises and sets from one of our three decks. Spend a day exploring one of the many surrounding beaches. Or maybe you are interested in aviation, either way The Mott Hill House has views and something for everyone.

What an outstanding experience all around. My children and husband loved to watch the planes land, as well as the waves crashing in the ocean. I on the other hand enjoyed walking across the street and exploreing the great hikeing/ bikeing trails. The house is everything our friends and I could of wanted and the Colmans go out of their way to make sure everything is stocked and that you feel like it is your own home for the week. Dan and Danielle Thanks for bringing my kids and I closer!!! I know this house has been dream in the makeing for years and it shows. It is nice to not feel like another hotel number and we can't wait to return in July. See you next year. Lynn
