We are centrally located on two acres of private property, with easy access to the airport and a 10 min walk to town and a park.
This 4 bedroom new construction contains a second floor main living area with three bedrooms, fully appliance and stocked kitchen, living room, private deck with gas grill and two full baths. However the real charm is the first floor master sweet. This boasts a separate living area/den and two private decks, separate entrance and its own full bath.
Come visit and stay a while. Enjoy hiking trails that are right outside our doors, watch sunrises and sets from one of our three decks. Spend a day exploring one of the many surrounding beaches. Or maybe you are interested in aviation, either way The Mott Hill House has views for everyone.
