Your Privately Owned Spacious and Bright Corner townhouse with Full Access to Fernwood Resort. You will have 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and bathrooms, plus a bedroom loft with two twin size beds. Your house sleeps six, has 2 full baths and a separate powder room, a private Jacuzzi, washer and dryer in laundry closet, electric fireplace, full kitchen, and 42" plasma TV in living room, DVD players and a TV for each bedroom.
You get all available privileges for use at the Fernwood Resort: 7 Indoor/Seasonal Outdoor pools, exercise gym, huge game room, 18-hole golf course, snow tubing hill, paint ball, bumper boats, horseback riding, segways, live entertainment and trolley shuttle at resort.
Also nearby: ATVs, Skydiving, Hot Air Ballooning, Air Plane lessons/rides, and many hiking trails. 5 minutes from Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Park, George W. Why the Owner Chose Bushkill
My wife, children and I have always wanted a place in the Pocono Mountains... but it had to be in the right location with year-round things to do. Believe me it is tough to convince our children to leave home and their friends, to go away unless there is tremendous 'upside' for them. In other words our children get bored easily so getting them to come to the fun filled Fernwood Resort location is easy to do.
When this very unique and rare opportunity presented itself, allowing us to be 100% full owners at this the famous resort, we took the opportunity.
Our Villa home has all the comforts of our primary home and with nearby skiing, snow tubing, swimming, hiking (down the road) in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Park and many other activities to do.

Our year round vacation town home allows us to relax when needed or take on as many activities as we want like skiing, snowboarding, as well as swimming at the resort's pools, rafting on the Delaware River, visiting the George W. Childs State Park (has a natural swimming hole) and even Karaoke...if you are up to it!

All the descriptions about the place are accurate. We were nicely surprised to find everything necessary for the kitchen. Also, Shawnee mountain was 5 min away, which is convenient because the purpose of our trip was to ski. We definitely will come back and recommend the place to our friends. Thank you, Ross.

The place was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and I love the jacuzzi. There were also many things to do like snow tubing, skiing, snowboarding, swimming in the warm indoor pool and much more. I went there in the winter, the day after new year day and there were a lot of activities to do. Now imagine if it's summer time! I love this place and would love to go back.

The house was wonderful to stay in. Very clean and well decorated, and not far from good food and beautiful scenery. The resort pools were nice. The hiking trails and snow tubing hill were not open during our stay but we still had more than enough to do. We also booked a week here for the summer and look forward to coming back to the house and resort.

With 2 boys in the military on erratic schedules we planned an impromptu meeting place so we could see our 1 son between deployments. Ross was so accommodating even with all our changes in plans, people, dates, etc and his hospitality provided us a wonderful Thanksgiving with our son! Upon arrival the condo was in immaculate condition and had more amenities than we expected! The resort is beautiful and the condo was wonderful! The location is OUTSTANDING!!! You can be at anything in the Poconos in a matter of minutes. We hiked many trails, shopped, saw waterfalls, found restaurants and many many things to do in just a few minutes! Having use of the resort is wonderful as well. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking! We were very blessed by this place and would recommend renting from Ross to anyone! And if needed, we would rent again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable property beautifully located in the woods. The house was warm and fully furnished with a huge fridge and everything we needed in the kitchen. Very quiet, peaceful & relaxing which is just what we wanted. Beautiful places to visit and loads of fun to be had. Ross was very helpful and made locating the property very easy, We hope to come back soon... Thanks again Ross, you made our vacation!

My family and I rented this villa for a last summer vacation before school starts. It was perfect. The villa was conveniently close to the market and the amenities of the hotel. The villa was spacious and had all the untensils we needed to cook and be happy. Ross, was very pleasant and reachable. We will definitely rent again.

It was very nice! It only rained Tuesday and Thursday, but wasn't downpouring like at home. I like your place its very warm and homelike. I've stayed at the Shawnee Inn in the past, and I prefer the the Fernwood Resort, so it was perfect. I'm back to work feeling very refreshed!! I hadnt taken a whole week in quite awhile, and I got to spend time with my the people I love. Thanks you so---much! Hope to be able to rent again sometime in the future!!
