Why the Owner Chose Bushkill
My wife, children and I have always wanted a place in the Pocono Mountains... but it had to be in the right location with year-round things to do. Believe me it is tough to convince our children to leave home and their friends, to go away unless there is tremendous 'upside' for them. In other words our children get bored easily so getting them to come to the fun filled Fernwood Resort location is easy to do.
When this very unique and rare opportunity presented itself, allowing us to be 100% full owners at this the famous resort, we took the opportunity.
Our Villa home has all the comforts of our primary home and with nearby skiing, snow tubing, swimming, hiking (down the road) in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Park and many other activities to do.

This year round vacation Villa home allows us to relax when needed or take on as many activities as we want like skiing, snowboarding, as well as swimming at the resort's pools, rafting on the Delaware River, and even Karaoke...if you are up to it!
