This 3100 square foot, three story log home offers modern convenience in an alpine setting and is one of the closest homes to Quandary and Northstar Mountains. It sits at the top of the neighborhood at 11,600 feet. There is a beautiful hike or snowshoe to a private lake right out the back door. It is called Crystal Lake and has views of the entire Breckenridge area, as well as Keystone Mountain. If you are up for it; sledding is a must in the neighborhood. The quite neighborhood is enjoyable for everyone and is very convenient to town!

An intimate great room, with cathedral ceilings sit on the main floor below a large loft that has a sleeper sofa and views of Quandary Mountain. Connected to the great room is a very modern stainless steel kitchen with granite slab countertops and an island, which is great for entertaining. A separate dining room nook sits back off of the great room and kitchen. The master bedroom and very unique master bath with a six foot Jacuzzi tub is also on this floor. Finally a den, with a very comfortable queen futon completes the main floor.

On the bottom floor, you will find a large entertainment room with surround sound containing a 60 inch television, complete with a vcr and dvd player. The two other bedrooms are also placed on the bottom floor, sharing a nice sized full bathroom with a double sink. One room has a queen bed and the other has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a small office area with a desk for those of you who need to work.

The home is equipped with toilet paper, detergents for dishwasher and laundry, linens, and towels. If you have a large party (9+), we recomend bringing extra towels for showering. Lots of extra blankets are provided throughout the home for your comfort. The house has in-floor radiant heat and is kept between 65 and 70 degrees. We ask that you do not move the thermostats from their positioning because in-floor heat can take up to 3 days to adjust properly. The house is child-proofed for those of you traveling with small children. Trash and recycling bins are provided in the garage. Please do not place outside, because it will attract the bears. Significant discounts of 30% off are given to renters traveling with dogs at The Dog House in Breckenridge. Please contact them about information.

Why the Owner Chose Quandary Village

I built this house and it was our very first log house in Breckenridge. We lived here for four years and loved the neighborhood. We moved into a newly built house one block away when our family expanded.

The Unique Benefits of this House

There is virtually no traffic on the roads. Therefore, you can hike, snowshoe, sled, cross country ski, or ride bike around the neighborhood. There is also a beautiful lake behind the house that is a short hike or snowshoe to.
