Why the Owner Chose El Encanto
We played golf at the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course here. The area is secluded, secure and a complete tropical paradise. There are many activities to keep all ages happily entertained from kayaks at the beach club to surfing, tennis, now two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf courses, biking, jogging, fishing, children's camp activities, pools and playground at the Resident's Beach Club which our guests would have complete access to use. The entire family could enjoy the amenities in an extremely safe environment.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Golf is our personal interest while some of our children enjoy surfing off the point visible from our terrace as well as other areas. Guests have enjoyed the tennis courts and biking as there are two cruiser bikes here to ride around the development's paths and roads. The secure seclusion of Punta Mita along with the extremely dependable great weather make coming here an absolute pleasure any time of year.

Punta Mita is a spectacular area with beautiful beaches, golf, tennis and fantastic weather all year long (342 days of sunshine per year, rainy season July-September. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable beds and a great view to enjoy entertaining or a holiday with your family. There is 24/7 medical care available, triple-filtered water which is completely safe from the tap and outstanding security both in our area and the entire resort. Wonderful dining is available both in the development as well as in the village immediately outside the gates. This is a terrific holiday destination all year long.
