This is a one story house where the bedrooms are on one side and the common areas on the other side.
There is a beautiful, peaceful backyard with a wonderful mango tree that provides lots of shade, when needed. Here you will also find a covered BBQ area with a gas grill as well as two gas burner stovetops, for those occasions when you want to cook something outside on the grill. There is a playground and a hammock where you can relax.
There are two master suites located on opposite sides of the house.
The first master suite has a King size bed with a full size sofabed. This suite's bathroom has a shower with a seated area and natural stone walls.
The second master suite has a Queen size bed along with a full size sofabed also. This suite's bathroom has a bathtub/shower with dual pedestal sinks and marble-covered walls.
The third bathroom also has a bathtub/shower with dual pedestal sinks and marble-covered walls; it is between the third and fourth bedroom.
The half bathroom is located next to the family room. In the family room, there is a Full size sofabed.

The moment we saw this house we knew that we were buying it. It just makes you feel like you are at home while on vacation. It is located very close to the beaches (Hallandale and Hollywood) and the backyard is so serene.

Oceanfront restaurants, shops, bike rentals, beach chair and umbrella rentals. Boardwalk is a wide paved walking path and bike path that extends for miles.

The World's Fastest Sport played here. A rock-hard ball that travels over 170 mph, lightning-fast athletes climbing the walls to make incredible catches... wow!

My husband and I along with our two children (7 & 5) have lived in this house and know that it is a very peaceful neighborhood.
