My wife and I purchased this property with the intention of using it as a ski condo to stay with our kids typically over the weekend. We now are interested in renting it out. We are an active family enjoying hiking, biking, fly fishing and skiing in the area.
Why the Owner Chose Tall Pines
We chose to buy in Winter Park because of its proximity to the front range and the great skiing.
