Enjoy vacation living in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath private home with screened lanai and heated swimming pool. Located in the heart of Cape Coral and only 25 minutes from Southwest Florida Airport (RSW), this comfortable and nicely decorated home includes an ample living / family room area with a large HD flat screen TV and DVD player, a love seat and queen sized sleeper sofa and free high-speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and utensils that will make cooking a breeze and right next to it a very tasteful breakfast area. The utility room has an extra large washer and dryer both brand new) and it leads to a three-car garage.
The lanai and pool area includes patio furniture and you can gain access to it from the living room as well as the Master bedroom. The large master suite provides privacy from the rest of the home and is equipped with a TV and cordless phone as well as a sitting area. The master suite bath has a large whirlpool tub, dual sinks, 2 walk-in closets and roomy shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, access to the lanai and its own shower bathroom; Bedroom 3 has to twin beds and Bedroom 4 has bunks, twin over full, perfect for the kids.
You will be pleased by the wide variety of entertainment offered in the local area as well as the proximity of large tourist attractions in adjacent cities. Publix grocery, Wal-Mart, the post office, video store, movie theater, hair salons, spas and restaurants are all very close to our home. You will also find fast access to Interstate 75, Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel Island; 5 minutes to Cape Coral Beach and Pine Island 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers and Bonita Springs; 45 - 60 minutes to Captiva Island, Naples, Marco Island and Lover's Key; 1 to 2 hours to the West Coast and Sarasota/St. Petersburg; 2 hours to Tampa/Busch Gardens and if you feel adventurous, 3 hours to Orlando where you can find the famous theme parks.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southwest
We had the opportunity to stay in Cape Coral at a friend's villa and we fell in love with the neighborhood. The idea of being so close to everything made our stay more enjoyable and carefree. Grocery stores, restaurants and beaches are literally minutes away and of course the weather is wonderful all year 'round. We also like the feeling of being home away from home; we don't have a hotel atmosphere to deal with and we can even cook our own meals if we get tired of eating out. It's great!

We are originally from Schaumburg, Illinois, a northwest suburb in the Chicagoland area. Our family looks forward to vacations, especially during the cold and snowy months of winter. We try to get away as often as we can, but sometimes we fall victim to the crazy schedule of our jobs. Leaving behind the stress of everyday life, even if it's for a week or two at a time, is priceless and having the opportunity to come to Cape Coral on those occasions is exactly what we need in order to revitalize our minds and bodies.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely appointed with high end furnishings, lots of dishes, towels etc. The master bedroom is huge. The owners were just a phone call or email away and would quickly take care of any concern.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

"This is great place to stay, its clean and freshly painted. All of the furniture and appliances are brand new and top quality. It has high vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/living area, and a nice floor plan with the master on one side and 3 bedrooms on the other. The pool is heated and has a nice southern exposure. You can even park your car in the large garage. You will not be disappointed". G. V. Eperen
