This unique, second story, two-bedroom apartment is located on second street, above the Buena Vista Restaurant. It boasts amazing sea views from the gigantic outdoor living area as well as from the living room and kitchen. There is also a large town balcony for excellent people watching. This is the place to be if you like to be right in the thick of things. You are within walking distance of the central park, many restaurants, shops, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, and tour companies.
Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The living room includes a sofa-bed (American-style Queen size sofa-bed, not a futon style) and cable television. Wireless internet also included!!!
Neighboring hotel rooms with only a tiny balcony, bed, tv, and bathroom go for $180. We're offering the entire apartment for significantly less!
We are happy to make arrangements for tours and sightseeing while you are here. We can also help to arrange babysitting for families. Daily maid service, a private cook, and/or a private boat with a private captain are also available at an additional cost.

Year Purchased: 2005
My husband, Juan Pablo, and I met in Bocas del Toro, Panamá six and a half years ago. We've been married for over five years. We have a restaurant (Buena Vista Bar & Grill) on Isla Colón, where we live with our daughters, Lucia and Gabriela. Juan Pablo is Panamanian and I am from the US. Lucia and Gabriela were born in Panama City in 2007 and 2009. We also have a vacation rental in Panama City.
Why the Owner Chose Bocas del Toro
Our restaurant, the Buena Vista Bar & Grill, occupies the first floor of the building. It is very centrally located with everything imaginable in walking distance. It is a great place to be while truly enjoying all that Bocas town has to offer...restaurants, nightlife, shops, etc.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Again, I cannot stress how centrally located it is. The view doesn't hurt things either.
