Whether it is in front of the fire, in the air/color therapy tub or watching a movie in the home theater...this is the house to relax in after a long day on the slopes. If you still have the energy, we suggest a moonlight/headlamp snowshoe (snowshoes provided) or a quick sledding trip at the Nordic Center. In the summer, enjoy our deck with a beautiful view of Buffalo mountain. Summer nights should never be without s'mores at the fire pit. Our neighborhood is on the bike path, across the street from epic hiking on the Peaks trail, and a 1/4 mile walk to the Marina where you can rent pontoon boats, sailboats, kayaks or canoes.
You can ski at so many mountains - it is best to wait for the snow conditions to be posted at 6:30AM, and then hit the deepest stuff.
If you are a Nordic skier, this is THE place to be. You can't get ANY closer than this neighborhood to Frisco Nordic Center. Ski right out the garage to the Nordic slopes.

Why the Owner Chose Waterdance
Summit County is called Colorado's Playground for a reason. There are 4 major ski areas in the county, a beautiful lake, three 14,000 foot peaks and Frisco is in the middle. Water Dance is a wonderful neighborhood on Lake Dillon. We back up to the Marina to the North, the Nordic Center to the South and the bike path to the West. We couldn't imagine a better place to be. Frisco is a cute walking town with restaurants and shopping. If you are looking for a bargain, the Prime Outlet Shopping is just 7 miles away in Silverthorne.

Seconds from shopping and restaurants. There are 4 sets of snowshoes at the house, plus sleds that can be used at the Frisco Nordic Center sledding hill.

We built this house thinking we would live there forever. Oh well. We had to move to Denver for work. So, we use it to play hard, and we rent it out expecting our guests will also play hard.
