The One Bedroom has a wide balcony overlooking the pool and the front of the mountain, a Queen bed in the One Bedroom, and a Queen sleeper (with a very comfy inflatable air chamber in the sleeper mattresses), a gas fireplace, and fully equipped full kitchen. For Dining you can easily seat 6 . There are 2 TVs-1 Flat screen-2 DVD players and family games. Coin op Washers/Dryers are on the same floor. Why the Owner Chose River Run, Springs
We chose The Springs because of the great resort amenities. You could go to a music or food festival most every week of the summer. In Winter you'll walk from the heated underground parking and ski lockers 75 yds to the Gondola, Ski School, Equipment/Bike Rental, Restaurants and Shops. Dining reservations, Sleigh Rides and Whitewater Rafting are some of the activities available. Tubing at Adventure Point on the top of the Mountain, night skiing at Keystone, renting snow bikes and cat skiing are all great family activities. Enjoy Gondola rides at night to wonderful Keystone mountain top 5-star restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You are in the closest River Run building to the lifts. Your family will love the slide in the Springs pool, the 2 hot tubs (one adults only) and kiddie pool. Spread out in the lobby and enjoy the fireplace, pool table, theater room, steam room, children's play room and fitness area. The gas fire pit by the pools offers a campfire experience-don't forget the s'mores! We skate on Keystone Lake almost every night we are there. Sitting in the hot tub with snow falling on your head watching the skiers float down the front face of the mountain is an experience you'll always remember.
Just outside the building access the network of paved bike paths that can take you as far as Breckenridge and Vail. These Rec paths are suitable for family spins as well,
The Google map does not reflect the relocation of the base of the Gondola. Walk out of the ski lockers and 75 Yds away is the lift and the Children's Ski and Ride School.

My wife has been a ski instructor at Keystone for eighteen years. We always wanted a mountain home and when we found this versatile luxury unit in the most requested, nicest and newest building in River Run, 75 yds to the Gondola, it was meant to be! Our college age son, who is a sometime Ski and Snowboard instructor, Mountain Biker, Road Biker, Sailor, Tennis Player, Golfer, Hockey Player, Mountain climber, Rock Climber, Disc Golf player and fly fisherman pronounced its' Summitt County location "Awesome!". You will find new things to do every day of every visit. We love the Colorado mountains for an exceptional experience any time of year. Ann & Larry, Denver Colorado

Thank you so much for letting us rent your condo at The Springs. We had a great time. It would have been nice to have more snow, but talking with people on the lift, we found out that Keystone had the most of any of the resorts around there. We did get 3 days of good skiing in. We had a wonderful time and hope to rent it again sometime.
