These are Lakefront houses (better than waterfront) located on the main part of Toledo Bend Lake. Fishing piers, boathouses, boat docks and ramp. Large trees and beautiful view of the lake.
A great place to relax and get away from the frantic pace of the world. Very quiet and peaceful. Also located near the "Chicken Coop" which is known to crappie fishermen. Well behaved pets (limit to two) are welcomed. A $25 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged.
