We stayed here January & February 2010. This is a roomy stand-alone-condo and has a grassy commons area right outside the front door. The bedrooms hosts comfortable, wonderful bed linens plus extra nice bath accessories. The owner went out of his way to be helpful and accomodating. Shopping, good eateries, and entertainment just around the corner. "The Gardens" is a beautiful area, one that is easily assessible and hosts miles of walking areas where we encountered "dog friendly" neighbors.
