This large 2 bedroom single story condo is within the gated community of Palm Desert Resort. Sleeps 6/7 guests. Entire 1250 Sq Ft condo has been recently and beautifully remodeled and painted (interior and exterior) by professional licensed contractor. Condo has been remodeled in its entirety to provide for a wide open kitchen, living and dining room space. The remodel creates a bright and airy fusion of tropical and desert atmosphere. The master and guest suite bathrooms have been remodeled with new full slab granite shower walls and vanity tops, new vanity, shower with increased height shower heads, lighting, tile floors, paint, and artwork. Kitchen walls were removed to provide a wide open concept, the kitchen has new cabinets, counter top, stainless steel appliances, cook top, tile floor, lighting, large breakfast bar and swivel bar chairs. Bedrooms sport a new High Definition television set, upgrade carpet, new furniture, mattress, bedding, artwork, lighting, paint. New High Definition Television added to Family room. The Family/Dining room has been remodeled with new tile floors, area rugs, plant shelf, New HDTV High Definition TV, Stereo, and commissioned tropical and desert themed artwork. A large tiled Patio has 2 new recliner lounge chairs and patio tables located on the patios west side, a table with 6 chairs and umbrella compliment the east side of the tiled patio. The new bistro table and chair in the front of the condo will allow you to choose where you wish to enjoy that morning cup of coffee. We spent a week at this condo and loved every minute of it! It was true to the description, clean, well stocked and cleverly decorated. The owner was easy to deal with on the phone and through emails. The pool is very close by but far enough so as not to hear the noise of the sunbathers. Outside the back door is a sweeping lawn where my husband practiced golf and the grandkids played. We walked the property every morning enjoying the views and the golfers. The location in Palm Desert is close to restaurants, movies and shopping centers for marketing. Go for it!

Our stay at Kim and Petes condo could not have been more perfect. It was immaculate. The bathrooms are newly renovated with granite counter tops and granite shower stalls. The kitchen is a delight to cook in as all the utensils that you need are provided. The bedrooms are a comfortable size with comfortable beds and linens. The photos that are provided are accurate. Kim and Pete answered our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend their condo to friends and family. Our one month was delightful with no disappointments. Great golf course with reasonable rates. We have reserved their condo for 2011. The Zakar's are caring, honest, honourable Landlords.

The accomodation was simply perfect. A nice location on a green space where you didn't have to worry about golf balls ruining the afternoon beverage. Renovations were great with a large open kitchen and incredible counter space. Bathrooms were also well done and appealing. We liked it and will be back! Todd & Lydia
