A gorgeous "L" shaped 2000 sq. ft. floor plan that opens to your own personal large courtyard. The Rancho La Quinta Country Club is possibly one of the most beautiful and well maintained golf course communities in the desert.
If you are looking for complete relaxation and privacy this is the place for you. Your own private courtyard includes its own pool/spa, BBQ, lounge chairs and eating area. As you enter your home you will find all new home furnishing, including a newly furnished kitchen. Relax in the Great room by the gas fireplace while watching TV or listening to your favorite artist on the Bose stereo system. Prepare for a restful night sleep in the newly furnished master bedroom. You will relax on your new Cal-King bed while watching your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. The master bath includes a large sunken tub, separate shower, dual sinks and large walk in closet. Your guests will also enjoy their own private room with a new queen bed set. Also, if you really want to get some work done you can enter your own private office, with an elegant desk set. If requested, a Futon bed can be added for additional guests.
If you ever venture into the community you will find the best restaurants in the desert. Casinos are also close by, if you feel lucky. Breath taking views are everywhere, so if you wish to find a hiking path you will enjoy paradise at every turn. With 100's of golf courses in the valley you will be able to golf until you drop. Shopping is also everywhere, with one of the largest outlets in the area just 45 minutes away. Of course, grocery stores and all other daily needs are just a stone throw away.
Get away form the cost and stay with us for a few months, you will enjoy every minute of your stay. As owners, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

Tim, Kecia, Marc and Mary are long time friends that do most everything together. Owing this house together has giving us a place of our own to visit whenever we want. Living only a few hours away allows us to travel there most of the summer to enjoy the amenities with our children.
Why the Owner Chose La Quinta Country Club
Our main reason for buying in this location is the heat of the summer. Our families live in the coastal part of California, its temperature is rarely hot enough to swim and enjoy the other activities related to it. So a summer house is what we were looking for. Our interest is to have someone spend the winter months enjoying the property while our kids are in school and sports.

The area has the temperature and recreations that most renters want. Its specific city is one of the newest and most luxurious in the valley. The community we chose is by far one of the most attractive in La Quinta, allowing us the best of all worlds.
