You will fall in love with this condo! This is one of the largest 1 BD condos in Breckenridge and the ski-in/ski-out location is superb. The location can't be beat--right at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver chairlift as well as right by Main St. It just doesn't get any better than this!
The condo can double as a two bedroom condo since each side has its own private lockable door and own private bathroom. The over-sized bedroom has two queen beds, a vanity in addition to the full bathroom, and an armoire with TV for entertainment. The living area has a gorgeous remodeled fireplace, leather sofa sleeper and chair, full kitchen, dining room, and a nice flat screen TV.
At the Resort you are pampered with all the amenities needed for a truly enjoyable stay: wireless internet access, restaurants, new exercise facility, indoor / outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, and babysitting (for a small fee), just to name a few. And did I mention the condominium? It is fabulous! This condo feels cozy and warm with all the necessities needed to make your stay the most enjoyable it can be.
We not only offer a place to sleep, but an entertainment center with cable TV and DVD for your enjoyment. The bedroom is equipped with two QUEEN BEDS for you to cuddle up in after a day at play. It even has a private bathroom. We really think you’ll enjoy it! The sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping with another bathroom doubling as a second bedroom.

I am an entrepreneur and outdoor sports enthusiast. After working for corporate America for a few years, I took a long leave of absence (and never came back!) to have four beautiful children. The myriad of outdoor activities in Summit County has allowed me to enjoy being a realtor as well as property manager of my condos and for other homes as well. I love it here!
Why the Owner Chose Village at Breckenridge
With four kids my husband and I wanted a nearby vacation spot for all of us to enjoy. Breckenridge fit the bill. We bought our first 2BR condo in 2005 only to find ourselves buying two studios a year later. I now manage twenty homes in and around Breckenridge. Be warned, once you visit, you'll never want to return home!

Absolute convenience best describes our ski-in/ski-out condos. It really doesn't get any better than this. You are right at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver chair lift. Hungry? Just walk outside to nearby Main St. for your favorite eats. Long Day? The hot tubs are so satisfying along with a swim in the heated pool.

We loved your Condo. So did our Labradoodle, Jack, and miniature schnauzer, Fiona. The weather was perfect for hikes, the Alpine Slide, and golf. We would love to come again. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the condo. We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. The condo is AMAZING. It was so CLEAN, roomy and comfortable. The decor was great. The kitchen was so well stocked! We wish we had stayed a few days longer. Again, we had a wonderful, wonderful stay!

My fiance and I came to Breckenridge for the first time and we absolutely adored it and your condo made it even better! I love all of the artwork and furnishings. I actually took pictures of your place so that when my fiance and I get a place of our own out here (which we hope to do ASAP), we can decorate it just like yours. This is our 4th stay at the Village and we really enjoyed your condo for our family of 5. We had a great spring break week of skiing and snowboarding. You did a great job with the updates in your condo. We have stayed in three different units that were still lost in the 80's. You made good choices in the finishes and should be very durable. We love Breck and will keep your condo in mind for our future visits.
