The Unique Benefits at this House
We love to use this house ourselves and so we've taken great care to ensure it has everything that we want when we're there. We like using real, non-rental dishes with high-end pots and pans. We like using wireless internet connections that actually work, wireless iTunes connections to the stereo plus an iPod port, the ability to fax when necessary, the ability to turn on an alarm system, using a wine fridge, playing basketball out front, watching fire in the pits out back or in the fireplace inside, using a massive Weber BBQ grill and dimmer switches everywhere. We're also insane about keeping things CLEAN. :-) With all that we just decompress. Watch the deer or the hawks or the hummingbirds. Or just read a book while listening to the streams babbling by on either side of the property. Regardless, just love our place as much as we do and don't hesitate to call with questions while you're there.

Benjamin Cox is a producer and director for Red Square Pictures, an independent film production company based in New York City. An accomplished writer and director, Mr. Cox has studied writing and/or filmmaking at Columbia Journalism School, The New School and New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Prior to founding Red Square Pictures, Mr. Cox spent 12 years as an investment banker in both London and New York, leading deal teams involved in closing transactions ranging from a $40 million securitization to a $16 billion LBO in a variety of jurisdictions across the globe. Mr. Cox has worked as an investment banker for HSBC, JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and most recently as a vice president at Goldman Sachs. His professional experience also includes time as a legislative intern on Capitol Hill (US Senator Carl Levin). Mr. Cox served as finance director on the management team of Stellar Network, a non-profit membership-based organization that provides resources and support to film, theater and television professionals, and he is currently a member of BAFTA East Coast, sits on the Advisory Board of Peeled Snacks and chairs the Advisory Board of Red Square Pictures. Mr. Cox has also studied at Cambridge University’s St. Catharine’s College, the University of the West Indies, Michigan State University’s James Madison College (Double Honors BA, Phi Beta Kappa), Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School (MBA).
