This exceptional two level penthouse is located on the 5th floor( with elevator) of a nice building (1830) overlooking the prestigious and quiet gardens of Champs Elysée avenue and Grand Palais, at one block from the "Palais de L'Elysée" where the French president lives. The view from the apartment offers an amazing panorama over the main Parisian monuments : Grand Palais, Concorde, Eiffel Tower...
The spacious living is filled with sunlight through a multitude of ceiling-to-floor-windows and is equipped with 2 sofas, a large cable TV, a "Bose" system audio and a fast Internet access. A balcony stretches the entire length of the apartment with views on Grand Palais, Eiffel tower, Panthéon...
The dining room offers a modern table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
The master bedroom (king size bed) suite comprises a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a built-in wardrobe as well as a large flat screen cable TV.

A Wonderful Owner! The location and apartment were very good but the prize was to the owner and the staff. Anytime that there was the least problem, she was there to fix it; more like a friend than an owner.

This was a lovely apartment. Incredible views and wonderful location. Very good service from Welcome 2 France at checkin and check out as well as available throughout our stay when some minor issues came up. Furnishings are nice with a bright, clean and spare look. We loved our stay and found this apartment to be the perfect base for exploring and enjoying Paris.

The pictures on the web are beautiful, but it wasn't until we arrived that we realized the pictures don't do it justice. The place was big and beautiful and clean and comfortable. Everything in the house was clean and in perfect working order. From the showers to the kitchen to the internet to the balcony we just relaxed and enjoyed. The greeting and checkout staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome. All my previous trips to Paris have involved hotels. All my future trips will be with Welcome2France as this was far and away the best accommodation ever.

Everything was exactly as advertised or better. The online booking went smoothly. The transportation arrangements were perfect. The greeter was friendly and helpful. Everything in the apartment was clean, comfortable, and in good working order. Checkout was quick and painless. The only surprises were good ones. I've been to Paris four times but this was my first stay with Welcome 2 France. Based on this experience I will definitely be a repeat customer.
