Our new two bedroom, three bathroom home is nestled just one block away from the prestigious and highly sought after destination of Rosemary Beach.
Sunset Beach is a gated community with inviting brick paved avenues lined with palm trees and professional maintained lush gardens. All homes have direct beach access and all owners/guest are welcome to enjoy the Olympic-size swimming pool which overlooks the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
"Beach Music" is an exquisitely decorated two bedroom, three bathroom home which offers a private, direct view of the Emerald Coast! The main level of "Beach Music" features a comfortable, tastefully decorated living room where guests can un-wind in style! The furniture and accessories have been carefully and thoughtfully purchased to provide a tranquil 'coastal' atmosphere. The owners of "Beach Music" have decorated the home with tropical hues inspired by the sun and the sea - 'sun-kissed' yellow, seashell coral and Caribbean green!
The living room offers a gas fireplace, Italian travertine tile floors and double French doors which lead to a covered patio. The second floor of "Beach Music" has two beautifully furnished, spacious bedrooms with hardwood floors throughout. Both bedrooms enjoy French doors which open up to a large, spacious veranda where guests can enjoy the magnificent, direct view of the white beaches and crystal blue water of the Gulf of Mexico.
One bedroom features two twin beds and its own private adjoining bathroom. The bathrooms are beautifully appointed with Italian tile floor and brushed steel accessories. The second bedroom, located down the hall, features a queen-size bed and is beautifully decorated with beach inspired furniture. The bedrooms are decorated with playfully bright and cheerful comforters and colorful accompaniments.

Why the Owner Chose Villas at Sunset Beach
We purchased in Sunset Beach in 2001 when the community was just being built. We love the location along Hwy 30-A and the gated, secure environment of Sunset Beach. As our family expanded to include two grandchildren the family atmosphere and wonderful bike trails became even more important. The wide, white beaches of South Walton provide a perfect backdrop for many family activities.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our courtyard home is located in the closest courtyard to the beach with a gulf view from the upstairs bedrooms and covered porch. It is just steps to the heated gulf front swimming pool and beach walkover. We enjoy beach set up for two set up seasonally, March - October. We are just a short walk (1/4 mile) from Rosemary Beach as well as Alys Beach and just across the street from the Village of South Walton with it's dancing fountains for children to enjoy. We can be at the movies, shopping or aquarium, or take the Pirate Cruise in Panama City Beach in just 15 minutes. We are close enough to all the amenities of a busy seaside community yet we still can enjoy the quiet and solitude of a private, gated community on the gulf side of Scenic Hwy 30-A.
Bike the natural trails at Alys Beach, walk down in the morning for donuts and latte. Dine outdoors at Calizza Pool or George's. Take the children to play on the playground or playhouse.
Stroll the quaint streets of Pier Park and do some shopping, take in a movie or have a snack at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Restaurant!
Stroll the colorful streets of Seaside and enjoy the shopping, eating, or people watching - just 6 miles west of Beach Music.

We have been married for 42 years and grew up along the eastern coast of Florida. We have always loved the beach and sun. We have lived in Atlanta, GA for 38 years and always dreamed of owning property on the coast. We vacationed many times along Scenic Hwy 30-A and loved the beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the laid back family atmosphere of the small coastal towns.
