  We stayed for a long weekend with our daughter, my mother, and another couple. The layout, furnishings, kitchen equipment, location... everything was fabulous! We are headed back twice next year!

  The review from "President's Week" captured our sentiment to a tee! The condo was perfect. Perfect if you like owners who are only a call away if you need anything. Perfect if you like cleanliness. Perfect if you like convenience to everything! Perfect for families! We too are planning on getting on the books for next years ski trip! Wonderful place to stay.

  The townhouse is definetly as good as advertised. It's location relative to Deer Valley couldn't be better. Just walk to the end of the driveway and either the bus or shuttle are there in minutes to take you to Snow Park Lodge or to Park City for dinner. I have been traveling to Deer Valley for twenty years and this was the best rental we have found. The condo was clean and well appointed. The photos are like a virtual tour...no surprises. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was really nice, especially since we were traveling with my grand-children and their parents. Plenty of space for all to be together or for some peace and quiet time in the wonderful hot tub on the back deck. The owners are extremely warm and freindly and a pleasure to do business with. In fact we enjoyed our stay so much, I have already decided to return next year.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  It was a wonderful place. Bus stop at the end of the driveway - for Deer Valley/Park City skiing/downtown Park City. The owners were very attentive of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

  This was our second trip to Park City and this property was ideal for the family of 5. Each of the children had their own room and bathroom. The property is a short 5-10 minute walk to Deer Valley resort or 1 minute drive. Having the car made it easy to get around and park city is only a 5 minute drive. We also skiied Solitude and Snowbird, each a 45 minute drive. The property is well maintained and we were the first rental of the season so a few minor items were quickly sorted by Nelly and Mark who were very helpful and lovely people. The hot tub is ideal after a day's skiing and having the washer and dryer at hand meant that everything was kept clean and tidy. We also had a full clean during the stay which was great - changed sheets, towels, vacuum and cleaned bathrooms - with this was extra it is a vacation and the service was great.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

  Our group stayed here the week of 3/5-12/2011. We loved DEER VALLEY and YOUR TOWNHOME made the stay most enjoyable. The home was well appointed - it truly felt like a home away from home. It's even better than the pictures show and exactly what we think a Mountain property should be --comfortable,cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and the private hot tub was perfect after a hard day of skiing! We were not ready to leave when Saturday arrived -- thank you very much for such a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The shuttle bus stopped almost at the front door. the Epping Forest Ski Team, Jacksonville, Florida

  WOW, what a great townhouse!! Very comfortable, had everything we needed and the hot tub was soothing. Nelly made us as welcome as family and her attention to details and her communication with us was far and away the best. The location could not have been better. In the morning some of us walked to Snow Park Lodge while some drove. The same as at the end of the day. We definitely would rent again. Thanks a million for a great vacation.

  Our party consisted of me and my wife, our older son and his wife, and our younger son and his girlfriend--the layout of the condo was perfect for our needs. The property is just as advertised. What is NOT advertised is how clean it was when we arrived, and how gracious the owners were who not only met us to show us around, but were available throughout our stay to answer local questions. We had a catering company stock the fridge and the freezer, and the owners made another special trip to meet them at the property before we arrived. The highlight was when I called the owner to see how they wanted us to clean the kitchen, stack laundry, etc. and they simply replied, "Leave the keys in the garage; the cleaning folks will take care of everything else". I was bowled over by his response. The location was great--three minutes from Deer Valley and ten minutes from the downtown areas. The sauna was huge and the maintenance contractors were there early after a snowfall to not only clear the driveway and roads, but also to clear the snow from the sauna cover and the little walkway leading from one of the master bedrooms to the sauna. I wouldn't consider another location in the area--even if there were only the two of us next trip!

  We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was and how convenient it was to the slopes and into town. This made our family vacation wonderful and we will definitely be back next year. The owners were wonderful, met us upon arrival and showed us around and couldn't be nicer. One of the best kept secrets in Deer Valley.
