New construction, new furniture and in floor radiant heating. Along the Fraser River(great fishing), 1 block to downtown with restaurants, pubs, cooper creek shopping mall, and Hideaway Park with a skateboard park.
Great views of the ski area and Hideaway Park. We have elevator access to the front door and the Winter Park bus route stops in front of the condo, so you don't have to drive to the ski area. We have 25% off vouchers for ski/snowboard rentals at Ski Depot 1 block away. GREAT service!
Now open! The Commons at Trailhead Lodge community center with year-round heated swimming pool, hot tub, work out room, entertainment area with TV, full kitchen, and outside gas grills for large groups!
If you have a group more than eight, our next door neighbor has a 2 br and we can put you in touch with them so the entire group can have a great, group vacation!!

My wife and I have been skiing Winter Park for 25 years and decided that the time was good for a solid investment. I am a Pharmacist and my wife retired from Delta Airlines in 2008. She now works in downtown Atlanta for a diamond jeweler and is GIA certified in diamonds and diamond grading.

Winter Park is a great family ski area, and we see the area growing in the next 5 years. We had the opportunity to buy a beautiful condo and decided the time was right.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The location and views are unbeatable. The condo is open and very comfortable. The skiing is always good and the summers are relaxing, with great fishing, boating, and hiking. There are always concerts in the park and you can sit outside on the balcony, looking at the stage and enjoying the music!!
Cleaning fee is $150. Cleaning fee is waived if renting for 5 days or more!
