New construction, new furniture and in floor radiant heating. Along the Fraser River(great fishing), 1 block to downtown with restaurants, pubs, cooper creek shopping mall, and Hideaway Park with a skateboard park.
Great views of the ski area and Hideaway Park. We have elevator access to the front door and the Winter Park bus route stops in front of the condo, so you don't have to drive to the ski area. We have great deals on discounted rental gear from the resort rental shop. Get a great rate on your gear and they'll even store your skiis in the shop overnight!
Now open! The Commons at Trailhead Lodge community center with year-round heated swimming pool, hot tub, work out room, entertainment area with TV, full kitchen, and outside gas grills and firepit. Great for large groups!

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The location and views are unbeatable. The condo is open and very comfortable. The skiing is always good and the summers are relaxing, with great fishing, boating, and hiking. There are always concerts in the park and you can sit outside on the balcony, looking at the stage and enjoying the music!!
