Our spectacular 80-acre property is located at the heart of the central coast wine country.
At Dancing Deer Farm, the 6,000 square foot Hacienda boasts 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and sleeps 28: 18 twin beds + 4 queen beds + couch queen pull-out. Also, 25+ additional sleeping mattress available.
The Hacienda commands a hilltop, affording those who stay here a fantastic view of our own valley and the rolling acres of Dancing Deer Farm that we're so happy to share.
Enjoy fabulous hiking through our oak forest on woodland trails and along tree-lined roadways - all without ever leaving the privacy of the property. Or venture farther and enjoy beaches, wineries, Hearst Castle, Spanish missions, hot springs, restaurants and shopping - everything from charming, locally owned and run shops to outlet stores are easily reachable by car.
The house is beautiful and remarkable. A large and lovely estate-style home, outfitted to accommodate your large group. The Hacienda is a 10-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home. You will enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with two refrigerators, a commercial quality gas stove, and all the cookware, small appliances, serviceware, dinnerware, silverware, glasses & utensils you would expect.
There is a media room/library with a 50-inch large screen flat HD TV, VCR, DVD player, and Dish Network Satellite Receiver with 500 channels, as well as many bookshelves filled with options for your reading pleasure. Also, high speed wireless internet is provided.
Have a special activity planned? Wedding? Reunion? Retreat? The Hacienda also offers a 700+ square foot Dance/Activity Studio.

We had our Women's Retreat at the Hacienda and it exceeded all our expectations.The house itself was amazing and much larger than anticipated. Everyone was comfortable with the accommodations and had nothing but good things to say. The grounds were beautiful and such a joy to wander during our free time. Most of the ladies spent their time enjoying the balconies and patios overlooking the property. We will definitely be using the Hacienda for our next retreat!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great Christmas vacation with several families in Hacianda. This is a lovely place, very close to freeway 1 and reachable in an hour to Hearts Castle, Pismo Beach to try ATV’s. The kitchen is huge with all the equipment and hall is excellent to do dining together with all of us at the same time. Kids were enjoyed with the 50” TV by playing video games, watching movies. Every one enjoyed playing ping pong, yoga in the yoga room, watching movies on the big hanging screen with the projector in the hall. All bed rooms are very well equipped and had lot of extra comforters and pillows. This is a wonderful place for reunion and also economical. We want to go there again during summer.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

I spent a week on the property with a large group this summer and everything was lovely. So well situated: it's close to everything and yet you feel like you're in the wilderness. One evening on the main deck a family of wild turkeys went waddling right by us and the deer were a common sight. We saw them pretty much every day. I really can't say enough about everything: the rooms are spacious, the kitchen was a dream, the grounds lovely. We had a really good and productive time. We've already booked again for next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Just returned from a long weekend in the Hacienda. It was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for the 23 of us. Great area separation - huge Rumpus room where the kids could scream around without disturbing the adults; great media room with 50 in TV for football games and video games; huge kitchen for easy family cooking and smoozing; huge great room for formal dining and intimate chats. The 100 acre farm offered trail walking in woods and meadows. We were just half hour from the coast and Hearst Castle and right in the heart of wine tasting country. It made for a memorable reunion.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

20 of us from work decided to stay the weekend and wine taste! The house was amazing, fit us all comfortably and was overall the perfect place for us! Donna and all the staff was great:) She handled all of my questions and emails with patience, as well as assisted us with whatever we needed once on the property. The house was clean, affordable and easily suited our group which was not small by any means. The pool was perfect in the afternoon and the kitchen allowed us to make a huge spaghetti dinner for 20 one of the nights! Overall I would suggest this to anyone and we as a group cant wait to go back!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

On November 15, 1994, the Center for Reuniting Families was incorporated as a non-profit educational organization with the following purpose: To establish and maintain programs providing both teen-oriented and adult assistance to educate and encourage choices that are positive for the individual, family, community and for the greater stewardship of the earth through experiential exercises and to develop a teaching institution disseminating educational material to the public. In addition to our core goals, at Dancing Deer Farm we provide a venue and shared resources to other non profit organizations who address the challenges of creating ecologically and economically vibrant and healthy families and communities. Through these collaborative efforts, CRF is a center for education, research, and demonstration to develop strategies for a sustainable future.
