Our 100-acres property has beautiful vistas, rolling hillsides, plenty of peace & serenity! (you don't see any neighbors) It offers fabulous hiking trails through our wooded area and tree-covered roadways. We are close to the beaches, wineries, Hearst Castle, Spanish Missions, restaurants and nearby shopping such as Trader Joe's, Target and Outlet Stores.
The totally private "Country House" has 6 bedrooms- 3 baths. It is 3,000 sq ft and has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, including cookware, small appliances, serviceware, dinnerware, silverware, glasses & utensils The Country House includes usage of the adjacent "Yellow Barn". This 2,000 sq ft multi-purpose barn is equipped with sound system & a large projection screen. It has 2 fireplaces and plenty of open space for your special gathering. $285/night for Sun-Thur (3-day minimum) $485/night on Fri & Sat (2 night minimum) or $1985 per week.
