**PALMS RIVER RESORT **We have everything right in our gated community, 2 BBQ WITH EATING AREA AT POOL SIDE, JACUZZI, TENNIS COURTS, BASKETBALL, BEACH, DOCK, GAME ROOM, FITNESS CENTER, YOU NAME IT! We even have a MINI STORE Very friendly place to stay. There is desert all around for great off road riding in the winter months. If you enjoy gambling there is Avi Hotel and Resort about 15 minute away and 25 minutes from Laughlin. Lake Havasu is about 45 minutes away. This property is fully furnished.

Just so lovely in every way. Just down the river from River from our children's house. Where we had our first family reunion! They had 24 people and when it got to crazy there we were able to come here and enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful home with every ammenity of our own home. We will recommend this lovely place to other family and friends when they come up to visit!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Very clean and comfortable home. Pools was awsome at the end of the day. Avi casino 10 minutes away for nightlky fun. Great neighborhood/nice neighbors........great overall place to stay. Huge benefit was onsite launch.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
