The property is nestled on an island, on the Chain of Lakes, in the Pistakee Bay. The location is unbelievable. The home is sitting on approximately 2 acres, it has two wood burning fire places, the kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, ss appliances and granite counters. Four bedrooms, master bedroom has it's own private bath and a huge walk in closet. A true gem, with amazing views.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The property has over 150 ft of lake access and a dock. There is plenty of space for ATVs to run around. Enjoy outdoor fires and BBQs. You can also fish and relax. It is also a couple of minutes drive to grocery stores.
