A scenic 35-minute drive from the Salt Lake International Airport and a few minutes from Old Town Park City, this 1,300 sq ft town home faces the Swaner Nature Preserve and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Sleep up to 8 in two bedrooms, a sleeping loft and a pull-out couch in the living room. With three full bathrooms and large closets, there is plenty of room for everyone. In the evening, snuggle in the front of the gas fireplace in the living room or enjoy the hot tub on the private deck which also has a large gas grill. The kitchen contains brand new appliances, gas stove, granite counter tops and a cappuccino machine. Every room has a flat screen TV and the living room features a Bose stereo system that has a large stored music library and can also accommodate your IPod. The unit also has DVDs, games and books for additional indoor entertainment. Builder's carpet has been replaced with beautiful walnut hardwood flooring throughout, and the unit is tastefully decorated with art from local artists.
The town home is very conveniently located within walking distance of the Redstone shopping complex where you'll find an array of restaurants, cinemas, shopping as well as a Whole Foods and Starbucks. If needed, child care is available just down the street at The Kids Cabin located within the Silver Mountain Sports Complex. A Ski/Snowboard rental shop and Cafe Rio restaurant are around the corner and the stop for free shuttle service to any of the three outstanding Park City area ski resorts is just a block away.
