A scenic 35-minute drive from the Salt Lake International Airport and a few minutes from Old Town Park City, this 1,300 sq ft town home faces the Swaner Nature Preserve and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Sleep up to 8 in two bedrooms, a sleeping loft and a pull-out couch in the living room. With three full bathrooms and large closets, there is plenty of room for everyone. In the evening, snuggle in the front of the gas fireplace in the living room or enjoy the hot tub on the private deck which also has a large gas grill. The kitchen contains brand new appliances, gas stove, granite counter tops and a cappuccino machine. Every room has a flat screen TV and the living room features a Bose stereo system that has a large stored music library and can also accommodate your IPod. The unit also has DVDs, games and books for additional indoor entertainment. Builder's carpet has been replaced with beautiful walnut hardwood flooring throughout, and the unit is tastefully decorated with art from local artists.
The town home is very conveniently located within walking distance of the Redstone shopping complex where you'll find an array of restaurants, cinemas, shopping as well as a Whole Foods and Starbucks. If needed, child care is available just down the street at The Kids Cabin located within the Silver Mountain Sports Complex. A Ski/Snowboard rental shop and Cafe Rio restaurant are around the corner and the stop for free shuttle service to any of the three outstanding Park City area ski resorts is just a block away.

The townhouse was clean, beautifully decorated, and the views from the living room and master bedroom were indescribable. This townhouse was approx 25 min from SLC airport and once we arrived we rarely needed to drive anywhere since the townhouse is located around great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, liquor store, Movie Theater, and my favorite massage evy etc. The fully equipped kitchen was also convenient for the mornings and nights we didn’t want to go out and eat. We skied at The Canyons and Park City Mountain resort and went tubing at a nearby location (don’t remember the name) which were approx a 10 mins drive. Nothing was better than returning from a long day of skiing to a glass of wine by the fireplace or relaxing in the private hot tub. I’ve stayed here twice and will recommend to all. The owner was helpful in answering all my questions and easy to work with.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Beautiful place. Convenient shopping areas and a multiplex movie theater and recreational facilty just walking distance. Easily access to the major resorts and Park City!

This Town Home was extremely nice and well-maintained. We (2 couples) stayed over new years and were very happy with our choice. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and the living area, kitchen, and a 3rd full bath downstairs. The owners were easy to work with and the Newpark area is nice. There are several restaurants nearby with the best one (Maxwells- great food and bar) just right around the corner from the condo. We skied Deer Valley and the drive over only took 10-15 minutes. It was also great having a hot tub! Overall we we all very satisfied and will stay here again if it is available.
