My husband and I live in Scottsdale and love the wonderful weather, golf, hiking trails, landscape and quality of life. We purchased Terravita and used it as a second home prior to moving to Scottsdale and always felt like we were at a resort - the amenities are equal to what you'd find at some of the top resorts in Scottsdale. Shopping, Spa's, Dining and Entertainment are just minutes from your front door. We take personal pride to ensure that ever guest leaves Terravita counting the days until they return.
