LAKE HOUSE RETREAT ON "THE SUNNY SIDE OF THE LAKE!"
As you enter this gorgeous craftsman style home, you are wowed by the view of the great room with 25-foot ceilings, floor to ceiling and wall-to-wall windows with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. In the winter, sit by the floor to ceiling fireplace that warms the great room, kitchen and dining room. In the summer gather down by the dock and relax on the sandy shoreline. In the fall the vibrant color of the changing leaves is a sight to behold. The wall of windows brings the outside in. There is a flat screen TV perfect for any big game or movie night, with plenty of recliners and couches. The great room opens to a large patio (with access to the lake) including dining table, stainless steel bbq grill, chaise lounges and a well-maintained Jacuzzi to relax your muscles after a long day on the lake or slopes.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, a large cooking island, top of the line appliances and is well stocked with spices and any and all the kitchenware you could possibly need. There is a large dining room table with views to the lake and mountains.
This immaculate lake house is 4,400 square feet and has 4 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, and a spacious recreation room with a large entertainment center, pool table, and various puzzles and games. There are 2 full size futons and a full bath.
There is an elevator that takes you from the garage level to the main level of the house with the master bedroom, secondary master bedroom, great room, kitchen and dining room. The upper level has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
Park your boat, fish or swim off the private dock, or rent a pontoon boat from nearby Holloway’s Marina.
The driveway is heated so no need to worry about being snowed in or shoveling. There is a 2 ½ car garage and a street parking pad that is also heated. Enjoy filtered water from the tap throughout the whole home.
Big Bear is a popular getaway with shopping and restaurants galore. Bear mountain is regarded among the best ski resorts in California for beginners and advanced alike.
