The master bedroom and 28 by 9 ft. lanai overlook the beautiful lakefront Hurdzan-Fry golf course. In the evening you can enjoy the magnificent western sunset out on the lanai. The lanai can be accessed from the living room, dining area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size Temperpedic mattress and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a stand up shower with seat and dual vanities. It has a large garden tub great for relaxing. The guest bedroom consists of two twin beds. The other guest room has a desk with a queen pullout sofa. The house has wireless internet and has a docking station for an IPOD.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped. The living room has two leather couches with recliners to enjoy the 46"LCD TV with Blue-ray DVD player. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer that has access to an attached two car garage. There are bikes in the garage to enjoy the beautiful Quarry community.
The Quarry is an upscale resort like community that offers two large lakes for power boating, water skiing and fishing. The white sand beach provides cabanas for relaxing or Kayaks to explore the lake. Adjacent to the beach is the beautiful resort style pool with zero degree entry and a beautiful waterfall near the hot tub. You can eat at the grille room located near the pool. There is a hot tub and a adult only lap pool located next to the fitness center. The Lake Lodge has casual dining overlooking the pool or lake and the Golf Clubhouse has fine dining available. For the little ones there is a playground and open field for playing. If you enjoy playing Golf it is available for a fee.
