Stone's Mansion, formerly known as "Old Nichols Mansion," was completely remodeled inside and outside from 2007 to 2008. Stone's Mansion with its 9000 sq. ft. features 6 bedrooms, including two King master suites, 2 Queen master suites, 6 1/2 baths and will comfortably sleep 24 guests.
You will be amazed, as you wind your way up the 500 ft. driveway, with the beautiful and well planned landscaping of the home. Don't be surprised to see deer and other animals as well as some beautiful birds as you view part of the three acres. As you reach the end of the driveway, you will come upon the Courtyard with a large circular drive and a gorgeous 12' fountain.
As you enter the front door, a whole new world of living awaits you. On the main floor there is a luxurious king master bedroom suite and bath with vaulted ceilings. There is a large fireplace with hearth and mantle, and above it you'll find a 52" HDTV. In the bath there is a step up jetted tub, a wonderfully tiled walk in double shower with two large shower heads, and a huge walk-in closet. Just outside the master suite is a very private and secluded patio with a hot tub, BBQ grill, table and chairs. This master suite with its lavish furnishings is perfect for the Honeymooners. A well furnished office with wifi and Ipod station is located on the main floor along with a massive open formal living room, formal dining room, and huge kitchen with breakfast nook.
The living room contains a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with hearth and a 52" HDTV. The dining room has a large cherry and marble table which seats 10. The bar area and breakfast nook seat 13. The kitchen is equipped with two commercial Viking refrigerators along with a double commercial Viking gas stove, which would be the envy of any chef. From each one of these rooms the wall to wall windows show a view of the lake for miles that is breathtaking.
As you proceed down a beautiful staircase, you will enter a wine room with game table and sofa. Also located on this floor is a media room, full bath, large family room, game room (with a Champion shuffleboard table, ping pong table, foos ball table, touch screen computer with over 150 games and full size pool table), full kitchen with another breakfast nook that seats 10.
Going upstairs from the main level you will find another king master bedroom suite, along with two queen master bedrooms and a queen bedroom that has a shared bathroom with a bedroom that has two full size beds and a hide-a-bed. The king master suite has a floor to ceiling marble fireplace along with a 52" HDTV and a queen size sofa sleeper. This suite also has a fantastic view of the Lake.
There are several patio areas, (approximately 3000 sq. ft.) wonderfully furnished, perfect for weddings and other celebrations. There is also a large private swimming pool with 4 firefly waterfalls. Enjoy the sun and the water, as well as a grand view of the Lake. If you wish, follow the cart path down to the lake shore and have a picnic in another secluded area by the shoreline. Take a few steps down to the dock and go swimming, fishing or take your boat for an afternoon drive.
Lake of the Ozarks has long been noted for its hundreds of miles of privately owned shoreline and has been the Midwests premier vacation spot. Stone's Mansion is one of the few large homes for rent in Osage Beach. It is located less than 2 miles from two very popular golf courses, and approximately 4 miles from the Outlet Mall and many other shopping areas and popular restaurants.

We purchased the former Nichols Mansion and completely remodeled it from the inside out. We have always loved the Lake of the Ozarks and wanted to find a home which stood out from all the others. We were very pleased to be able to find this home in the very Heart of the Lake of the Ozarks, Osage Beach Mo. We have always loved to relax, and enjoy nature, and we can do this on 3 acres of beautifully manicured landscape and wooded areas, with an awesome 7 mile view of the Lake. We also thought it would be a very special place for young people to begin their lives together. Stone's Mansion is a wonderful place for small weddings (not to exceed 45 guests) and the 2 Master bedroom suites make it a very special place for a Honeymoon. The Mansion will give you a lifetime of wonderful memories.

We have a very close place for boat rentals as well as someone to captain your boat. It is known as IGAUANA boat rentals located at the 18 mile marker, just 1 mile from the Mansion
Stone's Mansion with its very picturesque views and landscaping is ideal for small weddings (not to exceed 45 guests, renewing of vows, family reunions and corporate gatherings. With 2 large patio areas, 1 large lanai, there is ample room for all types of receptions and parties. We have available for weddings and other gatherings, a very well known photographer at the Lake, as well as a chef. All you need to do is let us know. Another service which we provide is the purchasing of groceries and beverages. You simply email us your list, and it will be in the cabinets and refrigerators upon your arrival. This Mansion is also unique with easy access and plenty of parking areas for all occasions.

we stayed at the mansion this fall and had the time of our lives. It is so massive and beautifully decorated and you could sit somewhere different every hour, there is so much room. The pool was wonderful, the hot tub inviting and the master suite is to die for. Great location to shopping and food and the views are unbelievable. The outside veranda is so wonderful and the music system throughout the whole house is so easy to use. Everything is there that you would need along with a kitchen any cook would envy. The caretakers saw to our every need and it is very private also. We saw deer in the woods next to the pool and took the golf cart down to the dock, which is also massive and awesome. It is the nicest property we have ever stayed at and our family has traveled extensively. We will definitely come back to Stones mansion and will recommend it to all of our family and friends.

WOW!! Stone’s Mansion was pure luxury from top to bottom. Many hours were spent reconnecting and playing games while enjoying the view. We had billiards and shuffleboard tourneys and the sports pool was perfect for our volleyball matches. The massive dock provided for excellent boating. Our boat was tied up there throughout the week and kids enjoyed jumping from the dock’s dive platform while awaiting their turn to wakeboard or tube. The golf cart made for quick trips to the house to restock boat coolers and grandma could watch all the action from the house, decks, or shaded lanai. The manicured, secluded grounds, the beautiful, comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms and closets, plentiful parking, immediate access to the golf course, proximity to stores, and ultra modern video/audio equipment made this a reunion location extraordinaire. Four top of the line refrigerators and three washer/dryer combos made this the first reunion we weren’t fighting for washers or struggling to keep up with dishes. This and the abundant beach towels allowed light packing with only carry on bags for everyone and the four ice makers eliminated are usual ice runs. The massive entertainment and kitchen areas connecting to the lanai and overlooking the adjacent pool made for continuous, quality family time. The management team was always available and they purchased a top notch crib and high chair when we asked about availability. Overall, we could not think of one thing that was missing. For our group, the quality and location were well worth the price for a dream week. Thank you for allowing others to enjoy this incredible home! We'll be back

The Stone Mansion provided a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the members of our group to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks from a priceless vantage point. The newly-renovated home is the epitome of luxury, perfectly equipped with amenities to suit all our needs during our weekend stay. We enjoyed the large heated pool on the terrace and all of the verandas provided a picturesque place to socialize. Our group enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen and multiple dining areas throughout the house that could accommodate a group dining experience. The owners have spared no expense to furnish the house with only the finest furniture and technology. The screening room and multiple living rooms provided perfect places for people to enjoy movies on the big screen with the highest quality sound systems. Working fireplaces activated by the flip of a switch offered instant comfort in the evening. The house comfortably slept all 24 people in our group, and provided an ideal venue for our retreat. Most importantly, the property managers were patient and accommodating, which only enhance our experience. We sincerely look forward to continuing the tradition of our stay at the Stone Mansion. To say that we highly recommend it would simply be an understatement! Thanks so much!

We recently returned from a stay at the Mansion (there were 10 of us). We had everything we needed to enjoy our time away from home. This home is spectacular in every sense of the word, from interior design, to the furnishings, to the landscaping and let's not forget the view is awesome. The owners have gone out of their way to ensure that your stay here will be everything you ever dreamed of and that you will want to return again. I felt as if I was one of the "Rich and Famous".
