Near Downtown Ocean City, MD, we have a 1,900+ square foot, 2-level townhouse style condo. New construction completed in 2009, Ocean block just steps to the beach with new furnishings & appliances, TVs in every bedroom and living room, breakfast bar with 4 stools and granite kitchen countertops, dining room table that seats 6 and a balcony off every bedroom.
Each level has it's own entrance into the unit so no need to carry your luggage up the stairs. There are plenty of large windows and sliding glass doors that allow the natural sunlight to shine in. There are large closets in each bedroom to store your belongings for the week.
On the 2nd level you'll find the master bedroom with a master bath with a large separate shower and the large jetted jacuzzi tub. Also on the 2nd floor you'll find a semi-private business nook where you'll be able to access our wireless network with your laptop.
The building sits in the middle of the block away from the main street traffic noise. You can bike to the boardwalk, which is 8 blocks away, without getting near the busy street.

My weekend at the beach was wonderful. Wonderful weather with a great place to stay. The bedrooms were large, the showers were large, and the kitchen was fully stocked. All of the furnishings were up to date with TV's in all the bedrooms as well as the living room. The ocean was just a short walk away. The main highway is also just a few steps away so you can use the public transportation if needed. The parking lot had ample parking. I am looking forward to my next stay!

Just stayed here over the labor day wkend. since it was my first time at OC, didn't know where was a good spot to rent a place. Well this condo couldnt have been better! Right in the middle of it all! Plus steps to the beach! The condo was very clean and modern. Theres a balcany and bath in every room. The duplex set-up added a nice separation. I would definitely rent here again! A+++++

the condo was fully equipped as if you were staying in your own home. 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. the location is just steps away from the beach, very convenient! also, close to a lot of activities that you can actually walk to. very, very clean and updated furniture. i would recommend this place.

This was the first time my husband and I stayed at this condo. What a wonderful surprise when we opened the door and saw how beautiful the condo was. The master bedroom and walk-in closet are so spacious. I absolutely loved the master bath and can only wish I had one like it at home. The elevator is so convenient for taking luggage to the second floor bedrooms. One of the nicest things is that each bedroom has its own private bath. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. I can't wait to stay there again!!

This Condo was wonderful for our stay. The bedrooms were very large, each having it own bath. Beautiful, clean and neat with a lot of storage space for your things. The kitchen had everything you could think of for your needs. The location was wonderful, close to the Boardwalk, beach, Jolly Rogers, and dining. I didn't have to move my car. Just a great place!!!! We recommend this condo to others and we will rent again in the future. Thanks for sharing your wonderful Condo with us!!!

Absolutely loved this Condo. Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful kitchen, large family room and bedrooms. It was also extremely clean which I think is the best feature you can ask for. Easy access to the beach. Close to the boardwalk but far enough away that you don't get any of the noise or commotion. Perfect for your family. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

This was the third time my husband and I have stayed at this unit. Twice for long weekends, and once for a week during the summer. The unit is clean, well-stocked, and very luxurious. We love the master bedroom and bath, feels like we are in a five-star hotel! The other bedrooms/bathrooms are just as nice and our guests always marvel at the comfort and high-end amenities. Parking is plentiful and the location is central to so many things, that we tend to walk rather than drive. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful family get away! The entire house is gorgeous, the kitchen is well stocked, and the three bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable bedsfor everyone. The elevator was a real bonus!! Bringing things in and packing up to go home was a breeze. The location is great!! Close to everything fun!! We are able to walk to Jolly Rogers, golf, and anywhere you want to eat. I would definately recommend this place for your next vacation, but please, don't take my week!! LOL! You will not be disappointed if you rent this place!
