Large spaces, tons of natural light bec of skylights, friendly neighbors, heated pool, the works. Punta Gorda is a small, lovely town with many new restaurants springing up. Only 35 units in this small, friendly condo community. Neighbors all friendly and watch out for your property. Monthly socials at community pool with neighbors.

Why the Owner Chose Other Punta Gorda Properties
The condo is lovely and spacious, full of natural light, has a community heated pool, lovely neighbors and a deeded boat slip that gets us on the water quickly. We love this pretty little town's location as it is smack on Charlotte Harbor with easy access to Useppa, Captiva and Sanibel Islands to the south, Gasparilla Island to the west, and Lemon Bay and Englewood and Venice to the north. The pictures of the condo, we think, speak for themselves. Plus, there are only 25 units in this small development, which makes it quiet and intimate.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
As mentioned above, the wonderful water access. Additionally, there are monthly potluck cocktail parties at the community pool house. A short ride to nice restaurants in downtown Punta Gorda as well as to shopping. The Punta Gorda Isles Yacht Club is just down the street and offers three-month memberships for snowbirds. It is a terrific facility with a fitness center, pool, casual and formal dining, and all kinds of activities. The Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association does a wonderful job of providing activities to its members. Finally, the City of Punta Gorda maintains all of the seawalls in Punta Gorda Isles. Cost is part of your taxes. That is a HUGE benefit! Unheard of elsewhere.

My name is Linda Haesche, and my husband, Steve, and I have owned this condo since last spring. We have a lot in Punta Gorda with lovely water views and a 45' dock in place which is on the market because we saw and fell in love with this condo. We live in the summer on our sailboat and in our lovely condo overlooking Marblehead Harbor in Marblehead, MA, which is about 20 mins north of Boston. We love this condo and will be there for the holidays and then are going to cruise FL and the Bahamas on our power boat. We are both still working.
