Our condo is in a quiet upscale neighborhood called 'New Mazatlan' on a fabulous 3.5 mile golden sand beach. It is located in the newly-built luxurious Paraiso II resort complex. Paraiso -- meaning paradise in Spanish -- is a very fitting name because this is truly paradise here on earth and you will see why. So treat yourself and stay at the most luxurious resort in Mazatlan!
Located on the third floor, this condo offers high ceilings and is a spacious 2,220 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, from the 180-degree, floor-to-ceiling living room windows, will take your breath away!
The wall opposite of the 180-degree windows is mirrored, making it feel like you are surrounded by the ocean.
The unit is tastefully done in fun, tropical and local décor. The condo brings indoors the colors of the ocean, sand and lush tropical foliage of the surrounding area. Because we plan to spend much time there ourselves, we have decorated, furnished and equipped it with top-of-the-line everything. Truly the feeling of paradise and Mexico!
Our living room is furnished with a leather couch and love seat and a Lazy Boy rattan recliner. There is a large coffee table and custom made end tables and beautiful original artwork. Oh, and a LCD flat screen high definition television and surround sound system, which includes an iPod docking station.
The dining room chairs and table base are made of tightly wrapped banana leaves. Now that's tropical!
All of the furniture in the bedrooms, along with the living room end tables, are custom made by hand by a Mazatlan furniture maker.
The condo has many upgrades including crown molding, handmade wood doors, porcelain floors, granite and marble kitchen and bathroom counters. It features many arched, recessed niches and shelves where statues and artwork are displayed.
The large ocean view, tiled terrace is perfect for that morning cup of coffee, dining, lounging, reading a book, sun bathing and watching the activities around the pool and on the beach. There is a large patio table that seats 6 and 2 loungers to catch the rays.
Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the living room and terrace.
The homeowner's association requires renters stay a minimum of two weeks. Imagine two weeks of fun in the Pearl of the Pacific!

Sweeping Ocean View, Five Stars By Gary and Suzanne (Tacoma, Washington) We have stayed in Mazatlan many times and we love the city. Staying in this condo made our experience the best ever. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen has everything one needs. We enjoyed the full ocean views from inside the condo and from its large deck. Also having wireless internet available was a big plus. We hope to return next year. Paraiso II is No. 1 !! Five Stars By Doug & Barb(Edmonton, AB, Canada) Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful 3 Bd. condo..it more than met all our expectations & offered plenty of extras...memories that cannot be replaced. The staff of the Paraiso II was so very accomodating & helpful which added to the delight of Mazatlan. The 60 & 90 peso buses were such fun & we managed to sight see & shop with no problemo. The only negative came after spending 3 glorious weeks in the Paraiso we had to pack our bags & head home to the frozen Tundra. Again, thank you so much for answering our never ending questions as this was our first trip to Mazatlan. You made our trip extra special & we will visit again soon. Great for Kids and the Family 5 Stars By Phung (Minneapolis, MN) This was our first visit to Mazatlan and the condo-- it was awesome! All of the ammenities are exactly as seen and described in the adverstisement. Our 4 & 6 year old boys had a great time- it was safe and easy for all of us to get around. AND plenty of activities to keep us all happy. The Cafe was so much more and better than what we expected- we ate there everyday. We hope to be back soon!

The condo was spectacular, it was first class all the way. Everyone was so nice and helpful at the resort, from the front desk to the fellows cleaning the pools.
