This beautiful upscale Point Clear property is gated and in a much sought after area. It is located across from the Marriot Grand Hotel Resort which offers many amenities, restaurants, a spa with indoor pool, and many holiday and weekend activities. Of course golf and tennis are conveniently located here.
The 3000 sq. foot condo offers a huge eat in kitchen with all new appliances, an antique oriental work island with stools, custom and antique light fixtures, and a huge dining area which seats 8. This area adjoins the sunroom which is comfortably furnished and has a 42 inch flat screen HDI TV and has wonderful views of the golf course. The living area, which is furnished with two full size sofas has a gas fire place, 50 inch HDI TV and captivating views of the golf course and brick terrace.
A large lanai connects the entrance with the three bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, triple dresser, armoire with flat screen TV, master bath with double vanity, walk in custom shower, jetted tub, and private courtyard with an outdoor shower. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and full baths and are tastefully decorated.
There is a double garage that is enclosed and a barbeque grill available for guest use.

I am so glad you are interested in my vacation property! I live in Mobile, Alabama during the academic year, I am a nursing professor, and do not get to use my summer property as much as I would like so I would love to share it with you!! I grew up spending summers on the Magnolia River where my family had a home, and I just love this area. I hope you will love it as much as I do.
Why the Owner Chose Fairhope
Fairhope is very artsy with lots of ambiance, Mobile Bay, walking areas, parks and the wonderful shopping downtown. It is Mayberry!!! My local bank in Point Clear even keeps fresh baked cookies for customers all day. I grew up spending summers in this area and have always loved it!! You can step back in time in this beautiful and historic part of the south.

The area of Fairhope and Point Clear is abundant with activities and natural resources that make life so enjoyable. Where else can you be 30 minutes to beautiful white beaches, deep sea fishing, fabulous fresh seafood? The beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are just 30 minutes away. Or take a trip to New Orleans 90 minutes away for a day of shopping and big city nightlife. The casinos of the Mississippi are 60 minutes away. Mardi Gras is celebrated from this area of the Alabama gulf coast all the way to New Orleans. Also enjoy our abundant fresh produce from the fields and just a few miles away buy seafood straight from the boat!! The area is great for walking, biking, bird watching, fishing, kayaking (try the wonderful Magnolia River just 15 minutes from my house), it is a nature lover's wonderland!
