A contemporary getaway, this interior-designer owned home is a great place relax, rejuvenate and re-energize yourself for another day of wine tasting. If you are looking for granny's cottage with lace doilies and bric-a-brac trim, this is not the place for you. This is a clean, contemporary, stylish home to get away from it all.
We are walking distance to downtown St. Helena, have a big backyard with vineyard and mountain views (alfresco dining under the stars is breathtaking) and are a 5 minute drive to world class restaurants and wineries.
We purposely have no TV (this is a getaway, right?), but do have Wi-Fi access so you can get exact directions to that obscure winery you heard about through the guy at the wine store down the street. We have iPod hookups in both bedrooms and the Great Room, so music is everywhere. We have a full kitchen and a great gas BBQ (after all, the Napa Valley is about food and wine).
We are foodies and wine snobs ourselves and continue to build our list of favorite places and tips on where to go, what's to eat, what to drink, etc.
