Our condo is the perfect getaway with all the conveniences we could ask for. It's a great vacation spot for enjoying the sights with the family, but also a place to relax by the soothing ocean.

Well maintained older building. Management is meticulous about cleaning in the common areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a very clean, uncluttered large unit on fourth floor, exactly as depicted in pictures. It faces south toward the ocean, in the east corner of the building, great for early risers. Loved the open kitchen with new, stainless appliances. Leather couch, leather dining chairs and tiled floors made beach life worry free. Bathroom fixtures are a bit tired, but good water pressure and hot water. Lots of storage in cupboards and closets. Large, oceanfront balcony had sun until noon. Great views of walkers, surfers and beach. Bring your binoculars! Interesting restaurants and bars in the area, especially down in Ponce Inlet. We took the easy drive to Titusville to try to see the shuttle go up. The hour drive to St. Augustine is well worth the trip. Sightseeing trolley tickets are good for three days use, and the outlet mall on the west side of the highway has good bargains.

Stayed last week of May 2010. Beautiful & clean condo/property. Owner very helpful & responsive. Many close restaurants for good food & fun atmosphere, however kitchen here is well stocked for the "meals at home". Many things to do in town or take the elevator down to the pool/beach; less than an hour drive are air boat rides; will definitely do that again. Will recommend this property to friends & family. We're ready to go back!

A beautiful spot right on the beach! We enjoyed picture-perfect sunrises and saw dolphins right offshore. The condo was even nicer than the pictures-we all walked in and said "wow"! Lots of new features, exceptionally clean and neat, bright and sunny with amazing views. Newly decorated living room area and modern kitchen, and pretty bedrooms, both with an attached full bath. Small but nice, clean pool and hottub outdoors on a nice patio. And a great bonus is the location by Crabby Joe's, a restaurant situated right on the pier next to the building. All in all, our favorite place of all that we stayed while in Florida!
