It's great for families and groups of friends, with a private hot tub out back! The spacious kitchen becomes a gathering place before and after your fun filled day in Vail. There's plenty of room for the kids to be off playing games or watching TV while the adults convene and share stories of their day on the slopes.
All day long the sun shines in, with Vail's 320+ sunny days per year you are likely to have many during your visit. The kitchen and living room open up to two mountain ranges and the Vail Valley below. Although we recommend a car, we are conveniently located near groceries and dining, and on the free Vail bus route (Lions Ridge Loop). With a two car heated garage, plenty of room for your gear. Our home has many closets and drawers for your clothes and gear. Our kitchen is full of all the tools you need to cook those big hearty breakfasts and dinners.
In 2009 we have completely remodeled. Everything is new! New windows, knotty alder doors, woodwork and cabinets, walnut floors, stainless steel appliances, mattresses, kitchen design, bathroom tiles, everything!
We require a security deposit and payment of the 9.8% lodging tax. Cleaning is included under the current rates below. Additional cleaning is available during your stay for an additional charge. Our property is professionally managed during your stay if you need anything we have someone in Vail to take care of your needs.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our favorite ritual is to visit Pepe's after skiing, and sing along with Rod Powell as he plays his and our favorites. Vail offers the best skiing and we always know where to go and what we will find, whether its in the back bowls, Riva's Ridge, Blue Ox, or sailing down Simba. Its the greatest skiing on earth! And in the summer there are so many things to do, like horse back riding, white water rafting, hiking and biking, the relaxing and luxurious spas, shopping, and of course the delicious dining and great entertainment in the streets, bars and restaurants. Vail is truly unique.

Shelly and Stig Hauge have been skiing since they were very young, and now ski along with their six children (some who rather ride than ski). They love their Vail home in both winter and summer.
