Come, be our guest in this elegantly designed single family attached home. We are located a short four miles from Fenwick Island and the beaches of North Ocean City. The Bayside community is a perfect place for a family get away. Amenities include a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course; 5 Har-Tru tennis courts; two large community pools (one with an inviting 20 person hot tub) each with a kid's splash zone; state of the art fitness center; basketball courts; game room with shuffleboard and video golf; walking trails; shuttle service to the beach (in season); and water access. A brisk walk (or bike ride) to The Point reveals spectacular views of the Ocean City skyline and the pristine waterfront of Montego Bay. You will enjoy this location as it is a short drive to the shopping and dining of Bethany and Rehobeth and even closer to the excitement of Ocean City. It's no surprise that Bayside Resort Community was voted best new resort and golf course community for 2008. So much to do, so little time.
While our home is beautifully decorated, it has a comfortable feel that will make you think you are right at home. The main level includes one of the master bedrooms with a queen size bed and a ceramic tile bathroom. This master bath is fitted with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Another bedroom on the main level is furnished with a day bed and trundle (both are very comfortable). A perfect place for the kids to sleep. The fully stocked kitchen includes a breakfast bar and cafe area. Add the dining area and you've got plenty of seating for family meals. You could choose to dine on the covered, screened porch, enjoying the quiet setting as our home backs up to a small pond. The 42" wide-screen television helps enhance a great place to relax and enjoy your favorite movie or TV show.
The upper level is where you find the second master bedroom furnished with a cozy, king size bed. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch over-looking the community. Also, upstairs is a spacious loft...a great place for the kids to get away, playing foosball or board games or just watching TV. The loft also has a pull-out couch with a comfortable, inflatable double size mattress.
There are five cable equipped televisions in the home, one in each bedroom. DVD players on each TV in the family room and the loft allow for movie night in two different settings. Bring your lap-top so you can hook-up to the free internet connection. Please feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. We've also provided a kayak for your enjoyment at The Point. Our goal is to make your stay so comfortable and enjoyable that you will come back again and again.

Thank you to the Legg family for providing such a beautiful home to stay in during our family vacation this year. What you see in the pictures is really what you get! We felt as if we were staying in a model home - just absolutely charming. We really loved sitting on the enclosed porch for many of our dinners. The neighborhood was something out of a magazine. I realize this may seem a bit too much, but I could not be more descriptive. We hope to spend next summer vacation in your home! Thank you from the Gomez-Cabrera family!
