Location: Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico (Loreto Bay--7 Miles South of Town, 3 Miles South of Airport)
Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8)
Keywords: House
This home is located in the same development--Loreto Bay--as many others advertised here yet our price is lower for what you get. It's furnished beautifully and comfortably (to rental program specifications) with quality workmanship throughout. Fabulous water and mountain views from the second floor patio and 3rd floor viewing tower. It's bigger in size, just steps to the water and hotel. We offer a lower rate because we can't spend much time in Loreto currently, and we want to rent our home regularly. We offer the same resort and home features/amenties as the other Loreto Bay homes here. Check out all the ads--the only difference is our lower price. Long-term and snow bird renters welcome.
Located near the historical town of Loreto in Baja California Sur, Mexico, the Villages of Loreto Bay offers beauty, relaxation, social and sports activities. The home itself is very spacious and comfortable and decorated in a resort designer mode while incorporating much Mexican artistic detail. We can provide many additional photos by e-mail.
The development and home are very modern in conveniences yet you feel you have stepped back in time a bit. You will enjoy the many walking streets (no cars allowed beyond the main street), sport and social activities and beautiful scenery you see everywhere around you.

Why the Owner Chose Loreto
Loreto Bay is breathtakingly beautiful. The mountains come down to the Sea of Cortez. The development itself has the goal of being ecologically self-sustaining. The homes are architecturally very appealing--my home has a large upstairs patio plus a third floor viewing tower--you can see and enjoy the Sea of Cortez and the mountains from both. There are many sport and social activities available. The town of Loreto is charming.

We stayed in Loreto for a week in early October 2011. We were very glad that we decided to rent this house during our stay. The house was beautiful, and had 3beds and 3baths with lots of amenities. It was really close to the beach and the Loreto Inn is right next door. We found that the house's location was very convenient, with great views of the Beach. The owner was great. She provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. There was even a property manager and security guards on site whom we found very helpful if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who plans on staying in Loreto.

We have stayed in this home many times and appreciate that it is well kept up and close to the beach and the golf course. It has 3 bedrooms and a large outside area with a barbeque. We have enjoyed staying here in every season of the year.

this is a lovely 3 bedroom condo with an excellent floor plan for parents with kids. The kids used the two bedrooms down stairs and my wife and I had the master suite on the second floor off the very large deck with outdoor bar-b-que. The location couldn't be better with a very short walk to the beach and pool at the Inn. The interior was clean and well furnished (except no bar soap). A great view from the third floor sitting area, however we rarely climbed that last level because the view from the main deck was equally fantastic. The wireless router didn't work for us but connecting the computer directly into the router solved the problem. We used Auturo's in town for Kayaking/snorkeling on Coronado (we actually went twice we liked it so much). I think this is the best value in Loreto if you need three bedrooms.

Very close to the water, with a great view of the ocean, mountains and golf coarse from the master bedroom deck area. This property is very well maintained and fully equipped, the beds are great, I look forward to staying here every year. We love the golf coarse, and a beautiful area to swim and the fishing is incredible. Restruants in the area La Picazon and Mita Gourmet, Buro Buracho

Beautiful Room and property but hot tubs were ice cold

The room was beautiful, the grounds were great, pool was pretty but not heated. We were pretty suprised to find that the hot tubs were as cold as the pool, I don't mean like not hot enough, I mean NO HEAT,freezing water. We asked about them and I got the impression that they just don't heat them not that they were out of service that week. The manager was very nice, the housekeeping staff was super friendly. The room was amazing and very clean. The staff at the bar pool was terrible every single day, no matter what people were working. We found that everyone in our party was baffled by the lack of service at the pool. We all would have spent triple the money we did if we could ever get anyone to wait on us. Also, beware of Eurocar, even with our confirmation in writing they would not honor our rate. They charged everyone in our party much higher rates at the airport location. Also, I didn't know that there would be warning signs about the stingrays at the hotel beach. I couldn't let my son wade in the water and my husband got stung. Our next Mexico trip will be to Cabo or someplace a little more developed. I would not return to Loreto.

Our family vacation in Loreta Bay was wonderful. The property exceeded our expectations. We had six adults and the bedrooms and baths were spacious and very comfortable. The views from the property are outstanding and located very close to the beach. The owner was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was in order. I have recommended the property to friends and relatives. The road getting in and out of the community was interesting due to the construction, but once we figured it out, we were OK. While the house has a nice T.V. and DVD player, none of our DVD's seemed to work. We had a great family trip!

The Charm of Loreto

After spending a week in the house we would all be anxious to go back again. Soon. The Master suite on the second floor was spacious and very comfortable with two French windows that opened to the street. The other accomodations were really nice as well. I always like to stay places with a well equipped kitchen. The house is about 150 feet from the beach and the street it is on is very picturesqe. Loreto itself is a comfortable, charming town that offers almost all of the things that one might chose to go to Mexico for and I would recommend this rental to anyone I know. DTG
