Direct gulf front property with amazing views from the living area and master bedroom. Our unit is located on the 8th floor with a balcony that is 23' long for relaxing, reading, and watching the dolphins play during the day and viewing amazing sunsets at night. Our unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a den.
Master bedroom has king-size bed with a flat screen TV and a private master bath. Second bedroom has 2 double beds with a flat screen TV/DVD player. The den has a twin bed. There is a hall bath that these two rooms share.
The dining room has a table that sits 6 people. The kitchen is fully-equipped with plenty of counter space and new stainless steal appliance and cookware/utensils. There is a full size stackable washer/dryer in the unit and coin-operated washer/dryers in the building.
Beautiful beach-front heated pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. In the pool area there is a recreation room with a ping-pong table and game machines. The beach is just steps away from water sports, volleyball net and sunbathing. Across the street from the building on the intracoastal is a business the rents several types of boats and beach bikes. Also there is a trolley that will take you to Clearwater Beach or St Petersburg Beach with many fun stops on the way.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed on condo premises or beach.

Our family is currently living in Ohio, where our extended families lives. We lived in Florida for several years and plan/hope to live in the sunshine state again. As we are still raising children and can't use our condo as much as we would like, we thought is would be nice to share the condo with other families.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We think one of the nicest benefits of this area is that it's very quiet and peaceful. If we want nightlife it's just a few minutes drive.

We stayed at this unit for a week in August. The views were beautiful, the condo was clean and nicely decorated. This was a much needed girls week for us and had a blast. The beach was beautiful; loved watching the sunsets every night. This was also a great location. We were able to visit Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg, John's Pass etc very quickly & easily. We will definitely be staying here again!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
Perfect is the only word I can use when describing my time at this condo!

I stayed in this beautiful condo the first week of June 2011 and my only complaint was that I had to leave after a week! Carole is a pleasure to deal with and the condo was perfect, decorated very nice, modern with a touch of beach. I stayed with my wife and 3 year old daughter and the only complaining was on the way back to the airport, none of us were ready to leave. The most beautiful views, steps away from the beach and a beautifully landscaped property with a great beachfront pool/hot tub. I spent two months researching condos on VRBO before I picked this one and let me tell you in this particular area it is among the nicest available. Thank you for everything Carole and we are looking forward to spending two weeks at your condo in November.

Just open the door to the unit and take it all in. Its beautifully decorated not to mention super clean. The the guest bedroom with the quilts make you know that you are at the beach. The master bedroom with the king bed and two double closets is just like the picture only more. Loved the large walk in shower in the master. The kitchen has everything you want an then some. The unit had dish detergent, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and liquid hand soap in the bathrooms. The leather furniture in the living room is so nice and the large flat screen TV. Loved the table and chairs on the on the deck. The view from the 8th floor is the best - have a drink and watch the sun set. Enjoy the beach or the pool - but just enjoy. Another item that guest may not notice is that the landscaping around the building is superior. Can't wait to come back!
