Welcome to our home in beautiful Whistler! This beautifully appointed lodge-style two bedroom and two bath town home is located in a prime area just off The Chateau Whistler golf course overlooking the coastal mountains. This large and light-filled corner unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, heated tile floors and free internet access. The master bedroom has a deep jetted tub and the guest bathroom has a dual shower heads. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living area which has a wood burning river rock fireplace. Off the living area, there is an open walk-out patio with a gas grill and fire pit. Beyond the patio is the valley trail with easy access to cross-country skiing, the golf course and beautiful Lost Lake.??Located in the prestigious Benchlands, this peaceful mountain retreat is remarkably close to all the amenities that Whistler has to offer. If you don’t feel like driving, it is a five minute walk to the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, and a few minutes further to the village. We are only a few hundred yards away from The Four Seasons and a three minute walk to The Fairmont Chateau Whistler. The free village shuttle bus operates year-round, taking you to Blackcomb base or Whistler village in a couple of minutes, and the bus stops are conveniently located close to home. Or if you feel like it, you can also ski-out from Blackcomb mountain. Unit includes one private secured covered parking space.
While our home is only available for the Olympics, we will consider pre- and post-Olympic rentals. Minimum 7 day rental during the Olympics. $5,000 per week. $9,000 for both weeks. $1000 USD damage deposit. We will consider pets as well (additional pet deposit will be required). We require the damage deposit and 1/2 of rental balance upon confirmation. Remaining balance due on or before February 1st. We hope that you do not have to cancel your trip for any reason but if you must cancel, you must do so 30 days before your arrival date for a full refund less the damage deposit (which will be non-refundable). If not, you will forfeit the full amount already paid if we are unable to rent the property in time for the Olympics.
